I have since called the office over a dozen times to get some questions answered and a contract sent; I was told on May 4th I'd have the contract e-mailed to me by the 7th. Please, if you have to use them, at least ask for Melissa, as she seems to be the only rep who answers the phone and (unfortunately) couldn't be my rep because I'd spoken with someone else on my first phone call. I'd much rather be writing a glowing review; hopefully they will step up in their customer service because it looks like they have some great products.

From the moment the truck rolled up, it was like a boss battle of fun waiting to happen. The setup was insane--multiple screens, comfy seating, and all the hottest games ready to go. Fortnite? Minecraft? Super Smash Bros? You name it, they had it. The kids were locked in from start to finish. I mean, we're talking full-on gamer mode: cheering, laughing, and even a few friendly rivalries. Don't waste your money, chose OMG gaming trucks instead. The 1st year, the generator to the truck wasn't charged, had to wait 2+ hours for another truck and the cotton candy machine didn't work. For this year, the truck "caught" a flat and they were late to the party. After being late, they didn't accommodate me for that and they packed up the game truck 22 minutes earlier than expected and the popcorn machine didn't work. They didn't even bring their own extension cord, I had to ask and use my neighbors For them to connect the bounce house. Both years, I've seen the exact same thing happen and I'm extremely disappointed! Do NOT use this brand. Use OMG Ohio Mobile Gaming.
