Had the asada burrito and it was pretty good. The sauce was great too. I can't give it a 5 star rating because the burrito and the drink cost over $12 (plus $1 debit fee) which is about the range where it's reasonable to expect chips and more quantity. read more

The food is usually good but the service is hit or miss. The cashier today for example was stone cold. No greeting no smile plenty of attitude and when I asked for a bag for condiments she gave me a dirty look and threw it on the counter! Let's be honest... this isn't a place you set out for... it's in a sketchy part of town and the only reason to be out this way is if you're passing through or at the golf course across the street. BUT... the food here is pretty damn good! Had a breakfast burrito with freshly squeezed OJ and from first bite, it was one of the tastiest breakfast burritos I've ever had. Just the right blend of eggs, bacon, refried beans and rice. So if you're driving through or getting a bite after a golf round, this place is def worth the stop. read more

Two taquitos $4.55 not worth it! A tortilla and a small piece of dry meat the chicken was good but could have put more meat for $2 a taquito! The menu itself is just expensive and I've had better. Story of the best quesadilla I've ever had! My friend/coworker brought me through here on a tour of his thuglife. We get out of the car and walk over and this crazy guy is screaming at his ***** on the phone then floors the gas in the truck the opposite way. I order the chicken quesadilla (with mozellera cheese) which comes with beans and rice, it's amazing! The portion size is generous too. It was nice getting to know the real L.A. a little better also as the peoplewatching was about as interesting as the food is good or maybe I'm just crazy like that. I'm so disappointed with this place. It was the go to spot for years but their prices have increased and the food has not improved. The woman at the cash register can be friendly on most days but not so friendly on a busy day which can be understandable because most people are like that. It's very conveniently close by and i do like that they have beans and a salsa bar out for their customers but the quality of the food and customer service needs improvement. The meat tastes plain and chewy, the nachos are a good size but they put a small amount of nacho cheese and a small amount of meat. I personally do not like nacho cheese on my nachos from Mexican restaurants. I prefer fresh cheese like at Alberto's in Van Nuys. We now go to a different spot which is just a few more miles away but worth the drive. read more

SUPER NACHOS! That is basically what I get here. Don't get me wrong, their tacos and burritos are up to par as well. When I get the Nachos, I usually get the cheese on the side. The reason why I do that, is because they give you a huge portion either dine-in or to go. I don't like my chips getting soggy, because it will take you awhile to finish. The super quesidilla with onions and cilantro (you have to add when placing order) is the best w/ their free nachos (you might have a food coma). As official taco connoisseur I can say hands down that this place rocks! I don't take the subject of tacos lightly. I have searched far and wide, trying a plethora of establishments. From restaurants to taco trucks, I don't discriminate against any source as long as they offer that sweet taco goodness. And let me tell ya, Rigo's has it goin' on. They are pretty cheap for tacos, a little pricier than what you might find out of a taco truck but worth the extra cost. I've been to this spot a couple of times. Ordered tacos and tortas. Last time I ordered the steak Torta which was very tasty however nothing special. I think that this spot is great for lunch and the occasional dinner. If you have the muchies you can definitely count on this spot to fill you up and taste good at the same time. read more

I have been coming here for years. This place is so good. It's your typical hole in the wall with heavenly food. I have had their tacos, tortas, burritos and supreme nachos. I have never left disappointment. Just be aware that parking can get full and try not to use their restrooms their pretty gross, other than that the food is worth coming here for. The "super nachos" are phenomenal! The beans have wonderful flavor and they use the "cheese sauce" instead of real cheese which I actually prefer on nachos. Probably the best I have ever had. This is our go-to Mexican restaurant for menudo con pata! No hamony! Always sooooo good! Also, anything lengua is delicious! Cooked to perfection...soft...practically melts in your mouth! Lengua is exceptional in super nachos! OMG, don't get me started on the super nachos! They are delicious, as described by my fellow Yelpers here! If you are super hungry, all you need is to order and finish the super nachos and I guarantee that you will be cured of your hunger for 24 hours, minimum! = ) I know I have read some not-so good reviews about this place, but I chalk it up to them having a bad day! We all have bad days, right?!?! Also, nobody is perfect! With that said, I recommend those who have had a bad experience to go back there on a Saturday morning and give it one more try!
