We were not even remotely close to being in their way and were about 50 feet away from her. A real control freak. Why would Banfield ask us to shop around the store, only to be told to go sit down at the back by an overzealous Karen employee of the store? They need to fix this, as it will happen over and over. Not going back to shop ever again at Petsmart no matter what.
