I needed major help, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was quick and responsive, and got me scheduled right away. He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC. While doing research for my project I was in contact with a number of other similar companies, all of them told me that the fabric makeup of my seat cushions was extremely difficult to work with, especially considering the time the stains had been sitting (close to a year)- they said results would be limited. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing.
