We hired this company to do a move-in cleaning. On a completely empty house that was not dirty to begin with. We just needed a sanitization and a quick wash because the house has been empty for a few months prior to us arriving. I asked for a deep clean That including the refrigerator inside and out the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, all of that. I've been getting cleaning services for over 15 years and this has to be the worst one. There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. Extremely disappointed. And to top it off. They were not even easy to deal with or communicate with. read more

We hired this company to do a deep clean on 2 rooms, including a kitchen, plus 20 interior windows (The person doing the windows, Lizzie, did a great job on the portion she competed). We gave exact measurements and a description of the space--on a scale of 1-5 (clean to messy) we gave a 4/5-5. We were quoted $520. The team was to have arrived between 1:30-2:30 on a Friday, and never showed up...Until 4, when one of the 3 team members knocked on the door after we had spoken with the organizing team that we needed to reschedule. They wanted to reschedule for Sunday, and we did...until they messaged that the team needed to quit by 3 pm that day. Then they offered a discount (down to $471) if we rescheduled for the following week...which we did. A 2 person team showed up on a Wedneday around 8 am (originally we were scheduled with a 3-person team), and they worked until 12pm when they said they had to go. They had gotten through maybe 1/3 of the job. I called the owner (Nick), sent him a video of the space and what the cleaners completed, contacted the person (Morgan) who had been dealing with me to schedule, and called the main website number to understand how they would complete the job. No response. Then, the next day, they charged me $471. I called the company 2 more times to see when/ how they would complete the job--no response. I can't assert strongly enough DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! The cleaners themselves were good. Normal. Moving at a methodical pace. Not fast, though. It's the management and the team that did the initial quote. Don't hire them. I'll change my review if they make this right, but there's been no indication despite my time to do so. read more

We have alooot of house and it is always flawlessly cleaned. They are so good we had them do our office cleaning in Shelburne VT as well. PS they get all the pet hair up! read more

I already reviewed this on Google Reviews closer to our service date (December 2023), but since Eco Clean Earth reached out to me asking for an online review, here it goes again. Our experience of Eco Clean Earth was terrible. We booked them to clean a newly purchased home prior to our move in date. We were very clear that the house had not been in habited in a while and needed to be cleaned top to bottom. The initial service (prior to adding in carpet shampooing) was estimated to take 11 hours (please see attached screen shot showing time estimate). With the addition of 500 sq ft of carpet cleaning-- cost: $165-- I assumed that would add another two hours or so of work (total of 13 hours). Eco Clean Earth sent two cleaners for a total of 2 hours each (4 hours total). Needless to say, the house was not cleaned. The cleaners only had time to shampoo the carpets. I was, however, billed the full amount of $578. When I contacted Eco Clean Earth to complain, I was told the cleaners had run out of time. They obviously were not booked for enough time to finish the job. I was assured that Eco Clean Earth would make it right. They sent out a second cleaner, but come to find out, they told her it was a "touch up job" and only allotted her 1 hour to clean the entire 2,500 square foot home. She barely had time to start the job. So, a total of 5 hours were spent cleaning on what they themselves estimated to be an 11 hour job, not including the carpet cleaning. After multiple phone calls and site visits, eco clean earth eventually agreed to give us only a partial refund. Given that they in no way met the agreed upon services, I believe they should have refunded us in full. I am also horrified by they way they treated their employees. Scheduling repeatedly put them in positions where it was impossible to succeed. This was a miserable experience. I would strongly encourage any one looking for a professional cleaning service to look elsewhere. read more

The two women who came to do a deep clean of our home did a fantastic job. With 2 disabled adults & 1 elderly parent here at home, lit was impossible for us to do it on our own. Now it feels clean again! Their website gives you a list of the included housekeeping tasks but also gives you room for add-on areas you would like cleaned. Everything from a deep clean to regular maintenance cleaning that you can schedule in advance. Great company and very friendly and approachable staff that you would want back for your future cleanings. read more
