We've had the pleasure of working with Daniel and the team at Dali Home Design on two home…read moreprojects--and both experiences were outstanding. Last summer, Daniel helped us complete a bathroom remodel by providing stunning Calacatta marble countertops. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Daniel personally came to take measurements, listened carefully to our vision, and gave us a fair and transparent estimate. Within a week, the countertops were delivered and installed with professionalism and precision. This summer, we returned to Dali for an office update and needed a quartz countertop. Once again, Daniel came out promptly, took detailed measurements, and brought samples to help us choose the perfect fit. He kept us informed on the day of installation and made sure everything went seamlessly. Dali Home Design is now our go-to for all countertop needs. Their quality, professionalism, and customer care are unmatched

While the actual wall moulding installation was great and the final result looks fantastic, my…read moreexperience with this company was incredibly frustrating due to their poor work ethic and lack of communication. They were always late to appointments and slow to respond to messages. When it came to design, they didn't offer any creative options or suggestions, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, they took on another job midway through mine, which meant they were going to take way too long to finish my project. When I expressed my frustration about the delays, the owner told me he didn't want to work with me anymore. Additionally, he showed up without the proper tools for the job and even had the audacity to ask me for my personal makeup brushes to complete the work! If you can handle terrible communication, frequent delays, a lack of creative input, and the risk of being dropped as a client, the work itself is solid--but for me, the hassle wasn't worth it. Would not recommend unless you're prepared for a lot of frustration.

We had the good fortune to work with MBR Services, Inc. whose contractors, Mr Gustavo DaSilva and…read moreMr Maurici Floriano make up a team of remarkably skilled and dedicated contractors along with associated craftsmen, who are exceptionally talented. Within a two week period of time, between December 18, 2019 and January 2, 2020, out of a bidding contest of 8 different contractors, we selected MBR. Although MBR Services, Inc. has been in operation since 2004, we noticed that their reviews in HomeAdvisor amounted to a very few projects, each of which having consistently no fewer than five glowing stars. From the time we met Gustavo and Maurici, we were absolutely impressed by their combination of serious intelligence and passionate but respectful deportment. This certainly weighed on our decision in choosing them: their budget gave us at all times a detailed description of cost and timing. Our partnership was made even more enjoyable by their hard work and quickness to resolve unforeseen problems. From its onset and much to our own surprise, the project became in no small measure a total renovation of our condo unit. The problem began with a leak located in the kitchen sink; and then it turned out that mold was found. The result was that the entire air duct system, the walls, floors and ceilings had to be dismantled; and this further revealed that the plumbing and electrical systems needed to be brought up to code. After 20 weeks of labor, nearly half of which went into planning, between the process of acquiring permits, and the final approval by our local Building Department; we are now back to our place: With new walls, new ceramic floors, new ceilings; new plumbing; new filtration system, as well as the introduction of a leak detector with online applications to control the water system remotely; with a new arc-fault electric system; new recessed LED lighting; new modern bathrooms; new window treatments, and a new lanai--the latter, where we are currently introducing a ceramic Mexican Saltillo styled ceramic floors to be installed by the same artisans from MBR. The team from MBR Services who oversaw our project were undoubtedly matchless, by far the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Behavior of the owners and crew was appalling.
