Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling! Just wow! They chipped out concrete on an ENTIRE SIDE of my house and then stopped work, leaving the rebar exposed, in an apparent attempt to EXTORT me for more money. When I said no, they KEPT MY DEPOSIT that was for other work and they have since DISAPPEARED, leaving their equipment and a HUGE MESS in the yard. On top of that, they make commitments they cant keep, show up (or dont show up at all) and leave whenever they want, and dont communicate well even when they aren't hiding cause they wont give your money back.
