From start to finish, he was on top of things. He always gives you the schedule ahead of time and he's available any time of day and always gets back to you if you leave a message or the office is also available. Josh and his crew were wonderful from demolition, to the carpenter and installers, the plumbers, electrician, and the granite installers, are all professionals. They're dependable, come on time, and clean up after themselves. Any person who he has recommended to us has been excellent and does an amazing job. Josh also checked in continuously on the progress of the renovation. He's honest, very fair, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use his company again, and I actually have since they already handled a mold remediation and a bathroom renovation. I couldn't be happier with our exquisite bathroom. I have CIRS which is myotoxin illness. We had mold in our HVAC system and my home was making me…read morevery sick. We reached out to Josh and he had never heard of CIRS before. The inspector who came to my house spent time with Josh to go over what needed to be done. We hired ECO to do the job of particle cleaning, replacing all of our duct work and sealing up the ceiling and vents after the ducts were installed. Based on the experience we had and in our honest opinion, we would not recommend Eco Restoration and Construction. Josh Shon lacks the compassion, involvement and knowledge of mold illness as well as how to manage a project. Communication and transparency are also a huge concern with this company. Josh, Anna and his team are extremely unprofessional, combative and defensive. Josh and his office made a stressful situation even more stressful for us. We were told this would be a two week job. However, during the job, Josh made several requests for payment outside of the agreed upon timeline in the contract that we all signed and stated that the terms of the contract no longer worked for them. When these payments outside of the agreed upon terms were not made, he withheld work from being done. Workers did not show up for days at a time and communication with them was extremely combative. He then said we were withholding money from them, so we did send more money so the job would continue. We paid a significant amount upfront before the job even started. They are extremely difficult to work with. Josh is also not as involved in projects. He leaves that to his office who communicate with you via text or phone calls. Josh rarely checks up on jobs, therefore it delays the jobs because no one knows what's going on or needs to be done. At the end of the project, they were to put texture back on our ceiling. They used the wrong texture and it looked awful. We let them know and sent pictures. Josh's response was, "Texture will never match, we blended it then best we could , as we told you this is patching." We sent a video of it and then the office agreed to send workers back, at this point, we didn't want Josh and his team to finish the job as we had a very uncomfortable and again combative interaction with Josh and his wife in our home when we let them know we were not happy with how the job has been going. They also didn't finish a few items that were left on the "punch list " that Josh made. There were several more instances. They also have it in their contract that you cannot post about them on any social media channels without their approval. This is not the company to work with especially if you are dealing with any health issues.

He arrived on time, inspected the exterior, and made recommendations. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The one quality that really stuck out was his honesty. We've has issues with inflated estimates in the past, however, this experience was different. You can see the pride John takes in his business and his high work ethic is not a quality that is seen much these days!

Terra Pavers Where to start? We contracted for pavers in…read morethe middle of the COVID crisis. May 2021 to be exact. I did my due diligence and researched as much as I could find and took 4 quotes from a select group of contractors. I had my personal favorite on who I hoped would win the bid. I got my way! While Terra Pavers was not the lowest bid they also were not the most expensive. I went back to my research and mirrored the pros and cons of several bids; ultimately, Terra Pavers won the job. We went down to their vendor to look at samples and placed our order. Little did we know that there would be a supply issue that would set all paver companies back months. No one's fault, just is what it is. Damn COVID to Hades and back, better yet just stay in Hades and don't come back! Through the waiting process, Terra Pavers got permits approved (no small feat in my little community) and we waited on pavers. During the wait, the Customer Service Manager Janette maintained contact periodically and occasionally Javier (engineer) would check in to let me know they are trying to press but they too are waiting for pavers on ALL jobs. Fast forward... Finally, they arrived. Let the fun begin! Day 1 all old pavers picked up and moved to the side. They brought in sand and leveled the area tamped it down and then rechecked level. Day 2 crew arrives with pavers in tow. Over the course of the day these guys worked like mad and literally were ~90% done at days end. Day 3 smaller crew arrives and they finish up all detail work. They took away all debris and there was NOTHING to clean up when they left. The job they did literally surpassed my highest expectations... as well as when the city comes out to do the final inspection in the permit... they were commenting on the extra touches and attention to detail the company took. They literally cut the pavers on a curve going around the pool with a 15 inch wide blade. I didn't even know that was possible! Can't beat that in my book! Oh, and did I say how incredibly fabulous the pavers look and the top tier workmanship? My backyard is now beautiful! I would highly recommend Terra Pavers and and would like to thank them for their professionalism and incredible work!

We called Michael and he was able to schedule an inspection for the condo that we wanted buy and sign sales contract as a buyer. Michael and his son Mario showed up to do the inspection, for what ever reason three agents were there telling me that he inspected the same condo several months earlier and I was wasting my money. They were rude to Michael saying that they fixed the items he found last time. As it turns out they lost a buyer because of the issues that Michael had found. Micheal explained that he worked for the buyer and to please let him do his job. I told him we still wanted him to inspect and to verify what we were being told. Micheal was able to pull the last inspection to verify that the items that failed the previous inspection. He reassured me that he and Mario would reinspect everything and let me know where each item stood. Mario went into every craw space, cabinet and closet to ensure I would have no issues. Thankfully, in walking around the house with Michael, he was able to educate me on the issues he found and verify the new items had been fixed. He checked the new AC, appliances and the electrical to ensure that they were installed correctly. From Michaels advice I was able to sit down with the homeowner, we were able to get them to correct the items Micheal had found saving us money before we signed a contract. I'm so glad I was able to have Michael and Mario from Affordable Inspections help me make a smarter decision and save us some money!

My 5 year old vinyl floors laid throughout my apartment began to buckle after 6 months after…read moreinstallation. The installer would come to my home and glue down the loose flooring. After a while the installer refused to come and repair the loose tiles. Over time I would not put up with popping floors. I called several flooring vendors and asked if they would come and remedy my flooring problem. I failed at securing any vendor to even come and look at my floor. I searched a well advertised contractor website that put my in touch with 3 flooring installation contractors. Of the 3 contractors, PERFECT SOLUTIONS & MORE far surpassed the other 2 contractors. The owner, Brian Miller, came to my home and told me about the history of his company. He assessed the conditions of my floor and showed me what is causing the vinyl flooring to pop up. The installer did not install a moister barrier to prevent wetness forming under the flooring. The humidity in the apartment created the moister on the cement slab and that is all she wrote. I had no choice but to replace the entire floor. Brian Miller was sympathetic to my demise. He took measurements and explained how the work would be done. Brian took me to one of his flooring distributors to select a new floor. Brian work some magic and got our flooring delivered rather quickly. His install team were impressively professional, neat and well experienced in the installation of flooring. The new floor is beautiful and SOLID!
