She is very patient and pleasant, so the whole experience was fun too. I chose the Low-Maintenance Chic package. First, we meet up in a lounge and had a good conversation. She went through a form with thoughtful questions about what I'm looking for and my lifestyle. Then we went shopping. Marisa picked items in styles and sizes that she though would work for me and it was pretty spot on! I ended up getting everything but two of the items she pulled for me and actually one of the two items was something *I* had picked. I went home feeling excited and more confident. These were items that I really needed in my closet and I know I will get a lot of use out of. I really appreciate the kind and understanding Marisa worked with me. I ask a lot of questions and she answered them all with a smile and was so helpful. Self image can be a very sensitive subject and I think she handled it very professionally. Thank you!

She came to my house with her assistant, Megan, and together we went through my closet to determine what needed to go, what should stay and what I would be shopping for to complete my outfits. Following that, we scheduled a date for a fabulous shopping spree at the Natick, Mall, where Geraldine and Megan lead me around to a whole bunch of stores that they knew well and where we very efficiently and economically filled in all the gaps in my fall/winter wardrobe. This included slacks, tops, shoes and fun jewelry. Some items were ordered for subsequent delivery and it's like Christmas every day as the packages arrive. Now this all sounds very costly, I know, but I spent less than I would have on overpriced clothes at big retailers. For my partner's birthday, I hired Danielle to go shopping with her to revamp her professional and casual wardrobe. My partner has literally never enjoyed shopping...until now. Danielle made the process incredibly easy. After an initial phone conversation, she came to our home to discuss options with my partner as well as goals for a shopping trip. She had no qualms about coming to meet us even if we hadn't officially hired her yet, because she wanted to make sure that this was a good fit for all involved. It truly was. When we arrived at the mall for our shopping trip, as promised Danielle had snacks and drinks awaiting us for the shopping adventure. She had pre-selected many pieces at different stores so that my partner could go right into the dressing room without the stress of looking at racks. Immediately, my partner felt comfortable and excited. She said it felt like "all of the best parts of being on 'What Not to Wear' without the total lack of privacy of being on reality TV" (ha!). She found so many items that she never would have tried on, but with the encouragement and great eye of Danielle, my partner was thrilled by her new looks. Best of all, Danielle was incredibly understanding of our limited budgets. She knew what our limits were and never once asked us to go over them. She made the entire process fun (a word that my partner NEVER would have used for clothes shopping) and made it feel like shopping with a long-time friend who just also happens to be a seriously excellent professional. Thanks so much, Danielle!

The result was several outfits that not only suited my personality but that also helped me elevate my brand to a higher level of credibility and professionalism.
