I had the hardest time finding them (even though I have been before), because they are under new management and weren't listed on Yelp or Google Maps as an existing business. Once I was able to hand over my keys, select my car wash, and wait in the lovely outdoor waiting area (there's an indoor one too), the first things I did were to create a Yelp page and add them on Google Maps. I am always pleased with their service, and I know business have had to change hands over the pandemic, but I was pleased to learn that this place's quality hadn't changed. My car was completed within an hour, it was spotless inside and out, and it wasn't greasy! They also kept my driver's seat setting the same. I hope to return again, because it's always a good and reliable experience. Before the pandemic, I would always purchase some ice cream while I waited, but that wasn't an option this time. I'm sure it's time to return again (once all this rain subsides).

The price is right, and the other parts of the car looked great. But I'll be inspecting before I leave next time.

I came here for a detail, I come here often as they do a decent job,…read moreeven though after they finish I have to show them several spots they missed for them to go back and clean it ,nevertheless it's on the cheaper side so that's why I continue to come here. I came 10/13/26 for a detail and he told me it would take like an hour and a half to 2 hours so after almost 2 hours of waiting and only the outside of my car (partially) clean. I went inside and told them I would like to leave and just pay for the outside since they still haven't started the inside yet. He said he would start it now and I asked how much longer it would be he said it would be done in 25 minutes. So when they "finished" called me over I came to inspect my car and there was bird poop on my window still and that's the whole reason I came today. When i mentioned it to the same guy who was helping me at the desk he had an attitude. So as I was still inspecting my car I started taking pictures and just cleaning the dirt off my self. As I was getting back in the car he was like "I can give you a refund" and As I was starting to explain myself saying the reason I came was for the bird poop and there was still bird poop on the windows, he cut me off and said come inside for the refund he doesn't want any complaints so I went inside. As he was giving me my money back he said "You just wanted a free car wash" and "don't come back". Why would I even want to come back after they half ass do work and have an attitude? 0/10 recommend spend your money elsewhere. Not to mention I got something out the vending machine and it was expired and when I told them about it he said it wasn't his problem since it wasn't their vending machine smh.

When I got there I told the young man in the red shirt with glasses the service I wanted and gave explicit instruction, "don't remove the aftermarket floor mats," which he understood and wrote on the window for the workers down the line to see. When it was time for the inside cleaning, what is the first thing they do... REMOVED the mats! I rushed down there to tell them to stop before they did more damage. Sure, I was upset, specially after I saw how they ruined the adhesive, and said "I told you all not to remove the f-ing mats." The supervisor guy in red shirt and glasses was more worried about my language than the issue they caused. I apologized for my language (I should've been more tempered) and reiterate why I told them not to remove the mats because they needed to be removed in a specific process to avoid damage. He didn't care, didn't apologize, not offered any way to rectify their error. Now I have to buy new adhesive and reinstall... I understand people make mistakes, but his lack in customer service was totally unprofessional. Definitely not returning nor recommending this place any longer, specially with multiple other good carwash places just blocks away...

Yes, the poor…read morething still had a couple of inches of deliciously inky and murky rainwater lingering in the backseat carpet and the front and passenger carpet mushily soaked the next morning. After toiling in vain for a couple of hours, failing to effectively scoop and sop up the entirety of foul-smelling swamp water, it became apparent that my car required professional intervention. I whipped out my trusty Yelp app the next morning, called a handful of nearby car detailing businesses, to no avail. I hesitantly called Car Butler, as it "felt" pricier, but sure enough they were open and able to accept my stinky car. $400 felt steep, but there was a mention of an "ozone machine" as part of the extensive flood cleaning treatment. I dropped my car off in the morning and the employees reportedly slaved away into the advanced after hours of the late evening and perhaps some of the next day? I picked my car up two mornings later and it smelled, um ripe. The carpet also felt damp to the tough but I didn't think much of it. About two weeks later, my car still reeked of moldy swampiness, even with the windows left cracked every evening. I went so far as to dump carpet freshener powder and vacuum, which slightly alleviated the mildew aroma situation. I also discovered that Car Butler had trapped one of my backseat seatbelt buckles during reinstallation of the backseat (at least it's evidence they did in fact thoroughly clean it!). These two issues prompted me to call Car Butler and they happily asked me to bring my vehicle back in for a courtesy cleaning. Due to scheduling issues, I wasn't able to actually bring my car in until two weeks after notifying Car Butler about my concerns, at which point, the stank had finally started to significantly dissipate. I believe they still cleaned the carpeting, though not as extensively, and some extra detailing touches as well. Car was returned to me in stellar, non-stinky condition - much pleased. Anyway, I definitely appreciated Car Butler's friendliness and willingness to resolve a couple of minor issues. In the off chance it floods again and I'm foolish enough to not park somewhere elevated, I will be back!
