Getaway also charges you NON-REFUNDABLE fees to make payments and to protect my hotel and ticket packages. Disney lets me do both of those for free!! They were able to save me $600 by not using Getaway Today. And if I need to change dates or hotels, Disney doesn't charge me a penny to so. I can only do that if I pay extra fees with Getaway. If you're looking for a reliable place to book your vacation, Getaway is NOT the place!! I have been living in denial for many years by using these money grabbing agents!! And they claim to be a small business. Yeah, count their mansions in Utah. Far from supporting a small business. Use an Authorized Disney Vacation planner with Disney and that is actually supporting a small business! Steve Judd was our guide throughout possessing the perfect calming and good natured temperment dealing with people and/or unexpected issues. He didn't seem phased or ruffled by much. He was very diligent in making sure every tour member knew what was happening whether we were grouped together or not. He also accounted for each piece of luggage at our various stops. We felt cared for and appreciated. Everything was handled in a professional manner whether it was with Steve or any of the office personnel (pre-tour). All of them were eager to assist in any way possible . . . they shine in customer service! :) All of our infomation packets (Pre-tour & during) were spot on preparing us for every aspect of our experience. We also appreciated the in person / Zoom pre-trip meeting as well as the rapid response to any questions we had. Now for our tour. We loved the size and pace. While the company can't control the weather, it was beautiful the whole time . . . May really is a great time to see Peru. Our local guides, Charo (Cultural) & Pepe (Incan), were warm, humourous, relatable, and knowledgeable. Reynaldo was our expert driver. All of our guides at Machu Picchu (a dream come true), the Amazon (Orlando & crew), and throughout Peru were top notch. We were impressed with all of our accommodations and the whole journey really was "Crafted With Purpose." There was time to rest and recuperate as well as enjoy all of the Peruvian destinations. Peru is so much more than Machu Picchu and we loved our whole experience. If you haven't been to Peru, you must go with Brian Judd Tours.

The morning before our reservation, my husband injured himself skiing and went to the ER. I left a voice message both the day of the accident and the morning of pickup using the telephone number on the website. I also sent a email via the website but heard zero replies from anyone. In addition, the company sent an auto generated text message the morning of when the driver was on their way. The drivers's number was included so I texted that number to let them know what had transpired. I still received no response. When the driver arrived and called me, I had to walk outside of my condo to update them after two days of failed attempts. I would not recommend this company as there no consideration for injuries and terrible customer service/reachability.
