They were able to save me $600 by not using Getaway Today. And if I need to change dates or hotels, Disney doesn't charge me a penny to so. I can only do that if I pay extra fees with Getaway. If you're looking for a reliable place to book your vacation, Getaway is NOT the place!! I have been living in denial for many years by using these money grabbing agents!! When the driver arrived and called me, I had to walk outside of my condo to update them after two days of failed attempts.
