We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

I've already forgotten the girls name, but the long blonde haired lady receptionist and the long haired blonde girl Erica, at the first desk, . I think, I'm terrible with names ,we're so nice and accommodating.! They gave me a lot of information on what I was thinking about , the different ships , the destinations, the prices, you name it. This young lady was so helpful.! When I told her I wasn't sure where or when I was going, she was darling, gave me a booklet on different cruise lines and was very very helpful! From Tampa Florida we boarded the Norwegian Sun for our adventure south to the ancient Mayan ruins of Belize, Chetumal and Tulum. Our local guides were so knowledgable, particularly in the Chetumal and Tulum Ruins. The Lecturer traveling with us gave lots of insight as well. Also visited the island of Roatan Honduras which was not fabulous. Beware of locals who do not understand personal boundaries. Being polite doesn't work. Say NO and mean it. I would cruise with the Cruise Lady anytime. They were very well organized and took good care of us.
