He seemed reliable and honest -- and was great at teaching me about the history of various items, and trends in jewelry and fashion. He even cracked some good jokes, which made it fun. We wanted our deposits and clocks back. He is a NIGHTMARE. We called police, they know about him. We went in person and finally found him and demanded the clocks back. He had (3) cuckoo clocks over 3 years; only fixed one that continued to work when we got it home. My 101 year old mother-in-law died before she got her clocks back!!!! Avoid him at all costs.

I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". Although the staff here are very polite and I was able to get my engagement ring resized in about…read morean hour or so, I noticed a few minutes after we left that there were scratches and gouges all around the band that were very obvious. I did not notice this initially due to only being concerned with the fit. While I was immediately invited back to fix it when I called to inform them that they scratched my ring and it was then buffed out - I am still confused and disappointed that they would cause damage and not notice what happened before they gave it back the first time. The ring has lost quite a bit of its white gold look due to having to be buffed and will have to be re-dipped already - and I've only had it for a few months. I hope they learned to pay closer attention to their work and unfortunately I will not be using their services again.
