I ended up paying almost double to have a good company come to complete this job. If you hire him for any reason you are the opposite of "smart".

The fence line is magnificent, the workmanship superb, and the overall cost was beyond fair when considering that the materials (3/4" stained and weather proofed pickets) are of the highest quality and board on board. In my mind this company is the 'go to' fence company in Jacksonville. Jason was responsive throughout the process, showed up on time, and stood by his word. What more can I say!

The whole flooring project went very well and the end result is a fantastic looking floor. As with most products and services you get what you pay for. For our flooring project I selected a premium multi layer system starting with diamabrush surface prep followed by a 100% epoxy solids moisture vapor barrier primer layer, 100% solids epoxy coating layer, full coverage multi color flakes and a Aspartic 85 top coat layer. We wanted a room built around a 16' SwimSpa which was a challenging project which several other builders were unable to even quote us because they didn't know how to build the vault to sink the spa 3 feet below ground level and creat a trap floor deck to allow access to the mechanics. Keith knew exactly what we needed and promptly put together a beautiful de sign that included a proper dehumidifier, fan to vent fumes and an external heat pump so we can heat the spa more efficiently (and it cools the water too!). Every aspect of his design was perfect! Our addition is stunning. Once we moved the exercise equipment into the addition, Keith had his team reconfigure one of the bedrooms that was on a split hallway from our main bedroom so it now opens into our main bedroom. This leaves us with two private guest rooms and a guest bath adding a walk-in dressing room off the main bedroom. It is so amazing - the closet space we now have is enviable. His main crew Jimmy and Mike are master craftsmen who not only build your dream but are super nice and wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we found Keith and his team and highly highly highly recommend this Company and Crew. He kept us in the loop throughout the project (via text and calls), explained every step of the permit process in a way we could easily understand, worked hard to get the project done even with some supply chain delays and was wonderful with add-ons and changes my spouse came up with during the project. We can't say enough good things about Keith and are so fortunate we found this amazing company to do our remodel. They really are Remodeling Pros!
