Over the last 2 1/2 weeks I came in 3 different times for abdomen and pelvic pain. They took a…read moreurine sample and treated me for a UTI because I had trace amounts of blood. After the first dose of antibiotics that didn't resolve my symptoms, I came back again. And same thing, a urine test but now different antibiotics. The cultures both came back negative. The THIRD time I came back I had a different provider. Unlike the last 2 visits, she felt around on my abdomen and pelvic area. She said if the urine came back the same again that she would refer me to ultrasound. I got the results today through text and my urine was normal. I NEVER HAD A UTI and took 2 different doses of antibiotics. Trace amounts of blood can just be from a change in your flora. Also, I did NOT receive a follow up or get a referral for ultrasound. Thankfully I trusted my gut and went to the ER the same day I left the urgent care and got the care I needed. I have an ovarian cyst which was found on the ultrasound and CT abd/pelvis. I will need surgery. I am very disappointed in the lack of care or follow up. I am really surprised to be honest, but now that I see the other reviews it makes sense. Definitely NOT coming back to this location again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Took about 5 minutes total. It's annoying it that costs $135 for it to be so quick but it is what it is. After my exam, I had to wait for about 45 minutes for my physical form to be signed!!! It was busy for a little of that time, but I really don't know why it took so long. There was really no urgency whatsoever. Overall, the people seemed friendly enough and got the job done. But if you're in a rush, don't expect to be in and out quickly here.

After years of dealing with his rudeness, I finally had enough. I have signed a release form to no longer bring my children to this location. I will no longer bring my children here. What was the final straw for me was seeing how pathetically rude Moazzam Saeed approached my 8yr old and did not acknowledge me as a parent in the room. He didn't look my way to greet. He completely ignored me and spoke only to my child who is a MINOR, as if he was alone in the room. I had to force Moazzam Saeed to acknowledge me, when I stood next to him and questioned him about my son's health. Shortly after, I requested from Moazzam Saeed a note and he asked me to wait in the waiting room for it. When I approached the receptionist, she asked Moazzam Saeed for the note and he advised his receptionist to inform me that it would take 2-3 days for me to get the note. I was livid, so I waited for Moazzam Saeed and when I approached him and inquired about the note, he told me it would take 2-3 days for him to compose the note. He's so incompetent and very unprofessional. I find it hard to understand how it can take 2-3 days to make a simple note. Moazzam Saeed then told me to please move my children to another pedestric. To Moazzam Saeed, remember this, your patients are the reason you eat and have a paycheck. Without any patients, your nothing. One lost patient may not seem like a big loss, but keep treating your patients with little respect and you'll end with none.

I sat and waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room after my appointment time. I am now waiting with my daughter in the room and still no sign of the doctor. I will never come back to this office and I am extremely disappointed in how they let this place go. The receptionist was extremely rude, bad day busy day or not you should still properly do your job with a positive attitude. This review had NOTHING to do with the doctors and how they practice but they should be aware of the over scheduling and understaffing issue they have at that location.

While I didn't wait in the lobby for too long, I spent probably 40 minutes waiting for the doctor to actually see me once I was put in a room. Fine. Long but I'm patient. But this was not worth waiting for. I get ear block semi regularly, I know my body, I am a flight attendant and the pressure changes can cause this (especially when flying congested). I have had it 3 times this calendar year alone. It can be extremely dangerous to fly with ear block as your ear drums can rupture. Well the doctor who saw me said my ears weren't too bad when she looked inside them. I can feel how stuffed up they are, the way my head wanted to explode when I was on the decent of my flight. I was never asked about other symptoms, aside the nurse asked what my pain level is and I said 8-9 (it takes a lot for me to say this). She saw my nose was congested too. The doctor recommended I take Sudafed (I have been for roughly a week now but was never asked about this) and refrain from the antibiotics for another 2 days. Well--I have to work. And my job is on an airplane; which again is extremely dangerous to be on with ear block. She said I'd be fine to work, no note, and rushed out of there. I'll have to go somewhere else now as my attendance policy is strict and I am not willing to risk permanently damaging my hearing or career. Glad I got the antibiotics I needed but I did not feel I was cared for, given adequate instructions or help for my situation.

Been here after going to the ER in elmhurst twice about a cyst. The er didn't fully get the job…read moredone and I had to go here in order for them to basically fix it. I had seen several amazing nurses who helped and prepped me for drainage. The process wasn't to long as I was called back immediately after I was checked in. After I left I felt 1000 times better! So I paid $800 dollars to try to help my daughter. They still billed the insurance AND got paid by them. They never said anything to me about it and still tried to bill me. In the end they owed me! It is a small amount almost 9 dollars, but still. Guess what! after numerous phone call, they still have not sent me the money!!! What a joke, and BTW all the procedures did was put my daughter in more pain and even caused her to not be able to use one of her legs until the next day, scary! Stay far away.
