He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. Generally, I call for cleaning when the home gets messy and chaotic which, according to a cleaner friend, is way harder to deal with than filthy. So whenever I'm showing a new cleaner around, i always catch a glimpse of the silent judgement and slight annoyance with the chaos. After some juggling around the time, the two women from Hylton showed up and cheerfully told me they would bring the house back to Order. I looked at their eyes and for the first time ever, I saw determination not judgement. Together they scrubbed, rubbed and wiped the home down. They moved, organized and wrangled my home into submission. I signed up for a deep cleaning and I received a Deep Cleaning. A cleaner windowsill where once I thought the windowsill was already clean. There was a crevice between the washer and dryer and they figured out what to use to reach there. I expressed my concern that most cleaners miss corners and behind furniture and they alleviated those concerns by removing every speck of dust from every single crease and crevice. This is a company that takes great pride in the work that they do. However, when they were finished and called me to do the walk through, they proved that differently from any place I've used in the past. I didn't just walk and nod. She was right behind me and actually asked questions about each area then asked if I needed them to improve anything. I said yes in one instance, and they immediately put me out the room and remade the area. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and peace they brought to my space. Usually I find issues in the hours or days after the cleaning but not this time because they were so thorough, both with the work and because of the questions they ask at the end. If I had found something though, I got the distinct impression that it would be safe to let them know it. I'm glad I found them and I am definitely going to call them again.

No one responded to my email that was sent the day before my service asking what time I could expect someone. I had to book a two-hour window (8-10am) and I asked if I needed to wait the entire time for someone. Someone replied and said that I would receive a 30 minute notice before the cleaner arrive (so I still would have had to wait two hours either way?) I replied to that email and asked about a specific time frame and received no response. The next day, the day of my service, I did not receive a 30 minute advanced notice, she just showed up at my door at 8:30am. She did not come with any supplies as the website stated. She only dusted the tops of furniture and did not wipe anything down. She didn't put anything back in its place and I had to go through my apartment and put things away where they belonged after she left. Even organizing things would have been helpful. I specifically asked that she lift the rug in my bedroom to mop the floor underneath and she said she would. When I got home, I checked and this wasn't done. She furiously grabbed the mop and did it quickly in a hurry, while speaking on the phone. A few days later, I received a text message to my personal phone saying that I had a balance due but with no instructions on how to pay it until I asked. Not a single email communication with them stated how I pay for the service. I asked how to pay it was and I was sent a Venmo image and that's it. I replied TWICE to the text message requesting the information over email and have yet to receive a response from anyone. I don't know what experience everyone else had, but mine was terrible and I will never use this service again.
