One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! She was super quick on communication and was always patient and empathetic. And thank you to Cori for being on standby to support us through tonight. I firmly standby supporting your local businesses as they truly mold a community and help foster growth. So please don't hesitate to try and contact these fine people. I look forward to working with you all again should the dreaded day I have plumbing needs arise again

My dad's house had a shower leak for a while that went unnoticed. They no longer make the parts we…read moreneeded so we needed a new valve altogether. He had a set of replacement fixtures in mind so I didn't want to have to cut open the tile anymore than it was (7inch diameter) because it would prevent him using them. I knew it was possible, albeit difficult, but I struggled to find a plumber willing to even try doing the work in the existing opening. Out of the 17 plumbers I contacted, DP plumbing was the only one willing to try to save the existing hole dimensions. They made no promises but they managed to get it done and it looks great. Their price was reasonable considering the difficulty of the work and my dad is very happy with the results. Thanks guys

After reaching out for repairs on Angi, several companies reached out immediately, but I decided to go with Complete Plumbing. Kevin at KP Plumbing is honestly one of the best I've ever worked with…read more He's incredibly talented at what he does, but what really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his work. You can tell he's passionate about doing things the right way instead of just getting the job done as quickly as possible. He made me feel comfortable from the get go. He was always respectful, patient, and took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was going on. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which I really appreciated. I also noticed he uses high quality materials instead of the cheapest parts. We talked about how important longevity is, and it was obvious he cares about fixing things the right way so they last. That kind of attention to detail builds so much trust, and that's hard to find these days. On top of all that, Kevin is just a genuinely great person. He's easy to talk to, has a great attitude, and somehow makes a stressful plumbing problem feel a lot less stressful. I actually enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. If you're looking for a plumber who's honest, knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and truly cares about his customers, I can't recommend Kevin enough. I'll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Tenant reported garage disposal stop working so I immediately requested a fix the for owner. One…read morestop was prompt and since it 'FREE' estimate , I didn't think twice. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?
