However, I do not consider it fair to charge one hundred dollars for a field worker to come to our home, test the voltage, and leave after five minutes of work. How much is that worth? I do not know exactly. It is certainly worth something for his trouble of coming here and doing those five minutes of work. But I also do know it should not be one hundred dollars. Well, their manager refused to consider my plight and told me this is how things are done in their field. I have dealt with electricians and handymen before who were willing to look at the situation from the customer's point, assess what is fair, and knew how to meet the customer halfway, not only with regards to payment, but certainly including that, as well. This business insists on doing it their way. Alright, then... They get their hundred dollars, but also this review... Customer beware.

However they'd agreed to do our house first. But you know it was only a paltry $7000.00 to have them come in and screw up our electric. The only reason they get one star is the young man they sent to do the job was terrific. RBB, one of the least customer focused businesses in North Dakota.
