My 90 year old father was put in the hospital and needed to go to rehab after being discharged. Once we got to the rehab facility it was clear my dad would need his own private aide to assist him. I called this agency on a Saturday evening and Steve called me back that night. I was quite impressed. By the next day on Sunday, Steve came to my home to facilitate the necessary paperwork so that he could have a home health aide at the rehab facility helping my dad by Monday. Once discharged from rehab, Steve found us the most wonderful live-in aide to assist my dad with his needs. She is a truly special find and we were lucky that she was just finishing a previous job and was available. Steve however, makes sure to find out what the clients needs are and also their personalities so he can make a good match. I have to say he has done a terrific job in satisfying not only my father but also all of my dad's children. It's so comforting to know your father is in good hands. Thanks again to Steve and his Staff at Home Well. Janice Georgallas

First Olga the owner came to our house and gave us a false impression that everything would be fine. Then she promised a sweet lady would come and help my mother. The next day a big man shows up to my Mothers house and goes into her bedroom; literally scaring her pants off. She was ready to call the police. My mother called me and I called Olga who then sent him home and gave us another care giver. This new caregiver barely did anything, complained, and was a disgrace of a person...let alone a "caregiver". Next day we were promised a new person and a new caregiver came but smelled like drugs and oils. She also stayed on her phone and acted like a rebellious teenager( barely doing any work and expecting to get paid) IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NORMAL EXPERIENCE WITH A CARE GIVER..AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

My mom now has two super friendly and kind young women who trade off supporting her during the week. She is so at ease with them. I was talking to her today and she randomly started singing "You're So Vain" and I could hear her companion singing along with her! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. The professionalism and personalized care starts right at the top with Larisa and is embodied by every person in the company I've engaged with. I feel like there's this amazing team in place looking after my mom, which is very reassuring since unfortunately I live on the other side of the country.

I spoke to some lady named laura (I think) in the Hicksville office. She promised me 3 aides and full coverage for the times I needed. Let's just say that they were able to cover 20% of that. I had to take off from work 3 out of 5 days a week to take care of my mom because they didn't have coverage. To make matters worse, the aides are lazy, incompetent, and have bad attitudes. They charged my company (private LTC) insurance $23.00 an hour. Meanwhile the aides told me they only get $9-$13 an hour. To make matters worse, Tammy who is the scheduler is completely incompetent. I signed an "assignment of benefits" form to have my LTC company pay them directly. They took a few extra weeks to pay them and I received a collections letter from an attorney they hired in Albany, NY!!!!! Just to add insult to injury. I work for the company whom I have the LTC policy for my mom. I informed them and their 3rd party research firm called Care Scout to NEVER, EVER RECCOMEND THEM WHATSOEVER!!! I am also reaching out to some contacts to have them investigated formally.
