While on the phone with said roadside assistance that I was some sort of triple platinum member of giving me the run around, my husband was inside this fine locale. He came out, and said to me with a smile, "Customer service is EVERYTHING." Within minutes, our problem was solved faster through Wagner Rentals than I could give my roadside assistance folk my super ultra mega platinum titanium number. Which turned out to be useless. TLDR: these guys have customer service dialed down to the letter. Good dudes. We live in Denver and are thinking of going back to buy a generator from them because, well, customer service. A test mow involving a 2" plus juniper eventuated in the demise of yet another belt; we replaced it on-site and all is well. Good thing I was pretty much done with sapling mulching anyway. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately did an inventory check and took the time to educate me on that particular tractor. We were initially off a bit on price, but Jeff kept his word and honored their online price even though I was indecisive and jumped between two different models. He was super patient with my questions and fulfilled my requests for actual photographs of the unit, getting parts ordered and installed, and arranging shipping for an out of state transaction. Jeff worked with me on payment as I was a bit nervous dropping a decent chunk of change to an unknown person/company without taking immediate possession of the unit. He ultimately kept in touch before, during, and after the delivery process and also sent a thank you package out with my tractor; which took two days to deliver. The best freakin' customer service I've experienced in many years.

The lady was super nice and so was the gentleman who helped me get the piece into my trunk. I may have returned an hour late past the "24-hour" window which should have pushed me into the next day, but they only charged me the one day. Not sure why the first review was so negative, because I could tell the staff were very attentive to whether the equipment I rented had worked - they even called a couple days later to ask how things had worked. The person who left the negative review should have told them and given them a chance to fix it because they seem like they would have done so if given the opportunity.

We went to pick up the snowblower that had sat outside in their lot since May 2023. When they started the snowblower it sounded terrible and a belt was loose and hitting the box, the machine, which had always been in a garage, was faded and the 2 guys said they were not sure what was wrong, but maybe the gears. The owner came out and asked if we had been notified about the gears and the 2 guys said they had not called us. They said a new gear box would be about $400.....so we said we should have been notified before we rented the U-Haul trailer and made the hour long trip to pick it up. We ordered a new gear for $35. and repaired the snowblower ourselves. Very disappointed. We have used them before with better outcomes.
