And it has been on a steady decline these past few years. I went to get a copy of my grandson's immunization records for college, the first receptionist, and I use that term lightly, typed his information into the computer and said, my computer is frozen, got up from her desk and asked the other assistant to help me. The next "assistant" typed in his information and handed me 1 sheet of paper with 1 immunization record from Aug. 23 on it and said that's all they have. I proceeded to tell her that was impossible, as he has been a patient of Dr. Hoerning for 3 years and ALL his records were transferred from his pediatrician. She insisted that was all they had. Again, I told her that was impossible. I asked if the doctor was in as this was not right. Well, she then asked the other woman if she could help me. What do you know? Out came 5 sheets of paper with ALL his immunization records from the time of his birth. I will continue to use Dr. Hoerning and Heather, as they are phenomenal, but something must be done about his office staff, before patients start looking for care at another more amicable and professional front office staff.

Then proceeded to tell me that i had no right to tell Her she gave the wrong immunizations. She was so unprofessional and I never experienced that with anyone. For her to hold her degree so high surprised she would speak to anyone in that manner. I only went to her because she was the closest doctor to me. But this on top of her wait time isn't worth it.

Dr. BALOT is one of the PC doctors at my 90 year old mom's nursing home. After two days of…read morecoughing, he sent her for a chest x-ray which indicated she had pneumonia in one of her lungs. I was told by the nurse that he prescribed AUGMENTIN for five days. I was alarmed and told her my mom is ALLERGIC to penicillin!!! I called Dr. Balot directly about this and he said it was "OK because the pharmacy would catch it"!!!!! OMG!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Then he told me that he is SO busy, has SO many patients and that he didn't have her chart in front of him at the time. He AGAIN reiterate that is was "OK because the pharmacy would have caught it"!! So...he is dependent on someone else catching his MISTAKES became HE'S SO BUSY and DOESN'T look at the charts when prescribing medication??? He could have KILLED my mom!!! He continuously sent her for x-rays when she said she was in pain with her right leg (calf). She had hip surgery and the pain is from her not being ambulated and walked enough! I asked him WHY he keeps sending her for x-rays when it's clear he should be sending her for an MRI to diagnose muscle and nerve damage....not to keep looking for a fractured bone!! HORRIBLY INCOMPETENT and do not trust him. Had him pulled off my mom's care team. Oh....and his wife, Karen, the office administrator is a BITCH!! When she was in the hospital staying for a few days, he came and visited her and checked on her lab results and everything and told her to come for a follow up once she's out. He makes sure that she sees other physicians as well so they could all work together to help her have a better health. A different time when my dad ended up getting the flu and the office was closed. I ended up writing through the portal requesting medication for him thinking that they would respond back to me at normal business hours, but Dr Balot ended up writing the script that same day showing his care for his patients no matter what. I would definitely recommend to have Dr Balot as your primary physician.

First we were thrown off because we scheduled with Dr. Alaaeldin as a new patient, on a Saturday. We were never told he wasn't there on weekends. The front desk RARELY picks up the phone, took a while to even schedule this appointment and they clearly lose medical information that's being sent to their office by fax. We were very surprised to see a PA would be the provider when we went for our first appointment. But she was pleasant and so were the interns that we met that day. The PA Karen explained she's the one who sees patients on weekends... We had several issues with the staff though... in particular the very unhappy woman in the Lab. (Again we went on a Saturday, it's a different woman on Saturdays for lab too). She had a nasty attitude and literally yelled at me saying they never received the vaccines from our old pediatric office. She never even introduced herself. She was bopping her head and everything, looking like she fell off someone's dashboard. I just laughed it off and went back to the PA to ask her about it and she said she'd pull it up from the CIR and not to worry. They rescheduled my son's appt (again for another weekend) to get his vaccines. When we went for this appt (2nd visit) again, same lady from the lab asks me for the vaccines lol. She even claimed they called me and left messages asking my child to fast for bloodwork? I showed I never received any of those "phone calls" nonetheless, messages. At this point I'm so confused because they already claimed they never received the THREE faxes the other Pediatrician sent them with immunizations... Then now they were claiming they didn't find my son's information in the registry (CIR) either. Implying the previous PCP never inputted the vaccines he received for all those years... again she caught an attitude... Staff is EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional. After further review seems like the lab lady even misspelled my son's name and who knows if that's the real reason why they never found the vaccines in the CIR. I contacted the old Pediatrician that we used to go to and her Assitant pulled up his vaccines in the CIR without a problem... with the correct spelling of his name. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone... there shouldn't have been all these issues, especially this early on. Clear red flags wasting people's time going back and forth. Again, the PA was nice and did a televisit with us when my son caught a cold... but the staff could really make or break it for you.

No doctor is waiting 3 or 4 hours or longer for. Spoke to Cheryl the office manager who said waiting that long is normal for any doctor. Get out of here! This doctor does not make phone calls and does not email. To get blood or test results you have to make an appointment and go through this whole nightmare again. Disgusting that they treat patients like this. One worker confided that mostly "old people" see this doctor and "they don't have a lot going on so they don't mind waiting hours". DISGUSTING!
