Second time, same guy, took about an hour and a half but I told them it wasn't urgent as I had another vehicle and it was right outside my apartment. Once again fast, kind, and efficient. There were many factors I had to take into consideration w/being in from out of town and not having a car, so I was somewhat of a hot mess when I handed my car over to Gary B and a very nice woman in the truck. They could tell I was super nervous about the situation and handing over my car and keys, but also being so far from home and having nothing, as I handed over my car/keys. Not really an ideal situation to be in. They checked the car, were professional, couldn't fix it on the spot and eventually towed it to the lot. They were SUPER kind about keeping good communication with me about the car making it to the lot and took a picture of the car IN the dealership lot when it finally made it to it's final destination. They did NOT have to do that and only did it to be kind. I'm telling you, handing over your whole car and keys to someone when you're far away from home isn't easy, so I was super appreciative for their professionalism and empathy for the million things I had going through my head as I was trying to problem solve the rest of my journey in town w/out a car.
