All were fillings, spaced out between the months so I could afford it. My last one was completed in May and I was told I wouldn't need any more done. That is a lie. I've had sensitivity in teeth previously never sensitive, severe sensitivity in teeth that were filled in January, teeth being chipped during fillings that went unchecked and unacknowledged, cavities coming back twice as prevalent and painful only a few months after fillings, and fillings breaking within three months after being done. I was told that my insurance coverage ran out about halfway through the series of fillings, so I had to pay over half of the appointments out of pocket, running about $250 minimum per tooth. My final appointment was over $1500. I cannot afford to be spending that type of money on service as poor as what I received. The doctors themselves, including Dr. Sarver, were all very rude, the dental assistants were only polite about half the time, and the front desk people looked agitated I even came in, every single visit. They are also very blunt over the phone and refuse to give explanations on important things like what procedures will be done or even double-checking appointment times. All being said, I am excruciatingly disappointed in what this place has become. It used to be genuine dental work done efficiently, but now it's a glamorized scam that does more harm than good. I will be looking for a different dentist to fix the damages your business has caused, if it's even possible. I would like to ask for a refund, but I know they will refuse. Their business practices are unethical, they lie to their patients constantly, and they do their jobs half-assed at best.

First off I was BLOWN AWAY by the amount of super modern equipment they had. Beacon Hill made my Mom's office look dated (sorry Mom!). I had an excellent hygienist named Julie she breezed through all of the check up and cleaning, (plus they had this awesome thing they place in your cheek that catches all the drool and you can relax your jaw, so you don't have to sit there with your mouth cranked open and end up sore... (Whatever it was it, it is one of the reasons I will go back in a heartbeat!) Also, with all the technology in the office it took no time and was super easy plus I got to watch ESPN on a TV over my chair, which made the time fly. It turned out I had a cavity so Julie had to give me a numbing shot.... I am a total needle-phobic person so I was freaking out. However, Beacon Hill has these amazing needles that I'm pretty sure are laser cut and so precise I didn't feel a thing! I was super relieved. Next thing I know Dr. Paul came in and worked on my cavity. He was very nice and was always checking back on me to make sure I was comfortable. He filled my cavity I watched TV while he was doing it and I was on my way home in no time. I am super happy because I can go here on a regular basis going forward and don't have to take a special trip to get my cavities filled or my routine cleanings. CDS, got me in the chair, drilled the filling out, that took all of 10-15 minutes, and then they 3D printed the tooth, and in 1.5 hours I was done. Highly recommend, the advances in dental care have changed a lot recently.

After two visits, I would NOT recommend going here if you have complex jaw issues. My issue is that my discs are displaced and locked, not just that my muscles are sore bc of clenching and griding. Went I first saw Dr. Hoffman, he recommended botox in my masseters and temples. He also recommended a repositioning split. The bill that I was given at that appointment included both the botox and the fitting for the splint which was done at the follow up appointment two weeks later. This was well over $1k. At my follow up appointment, the fitting for the splint took only about 30 seconds which I found concerning. Then i got the price for the splint which was $4k. I did not feel comfortable paying this after a 30 second measurement, so I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. He also told me that he has only treated this in 5% or less of his patients. Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience here. I felt pressured into spending over $1000 on something that was totally unnecessary. I wish he would have been upfront and honest about his ability to treat my issue and recommended that I go somewhere that is more specialized in TMJ problems.
