They called in the morning just like they said they would and confirmed a 9:30 am arrival. I sat at my desk and looked out my window until 11:45 for them to pull into my driveway. I was in contact with the office during my wait, but the girl there had no idea where they were or why they were so late to the point that we all became worried that maybe something bad had actually happened. All along, I'm distraught because I'm about to end my sweet pug's life who I've had since she was 8 weeks old. That alone was hard enough. So they finally arrive. I meet them on the porch with puffy eyes and snotty tissues in my hand due to the nature of things only to be greeted with silence and smug faces. No apology for making me wait for 2+ hours without explanation. So I say, Hi and invite the two ladies into my home. Still no words so I'm forced to ask which one is the Dr. They didn't even introduce themselves. Here I am entrusting them with something so precious and this is happening. Still, I trusted they would be good to my pug and do their job well for her, which they did for the most part. Ultimately, all I really cared about at the time was that my little old girl go peacefully and without discomfort...although she definitely did not like the first needle going into her paw. :( I do not know why those ladies arrived with such a chip on their shoulder or didn't feel the need to offer an apology for making me wait so long not knowing if they'd EVER show up, but it was really terrible considering the reason they were there in the first place. So much so that I felt compelled to write this review. For what it's worth to anyone who takes the time to read it.

Nonetheless, my experience remains unchanged - and as I will agree with my wife, the vet here does a great job... ‐-‐--------------------------------------------- Stopped in to pick up, mind you, just pick up medicine for my wife's dog, this little excursion ended up being a 30-minute ordeal of a wait... I'm sure the vets themselves are good, but damn, that front desk staff leaves something to be desired. After getting there and announcing myself, I waited a solid 30-mins to pick up a few pills for my wife's dog. I waited as one staff member took care of another patron - in reverse (so to speak) - while the other talked, and talked, and talked to someone about some inane topic that droned on-and-on. I showed up before another couple but ended up waiting longer as that second staff member took care of that couple and got them out the door before I was even taken care of. Excruciatingly frustrating to say the least. I hope to never have to return here, or at least, let it be a long, long, very long time before I do...

I called to see if I could have one of the doctors look at my dog who wasn't being herself. I gave a list of symptoms and heard the receptionist sigh and say I couldn't be seen until the following week. I politely said that would be fine. On the day of the visit, my dog and I arrived early and waited our turn. The tech took all my information and list of symptoms that my dog was experiencing. I said what I suspected could be causing my dog's issues. The tech literally rolled her eyes and stated "Oh, it's not that!" Well, the vet comes in and does a brief exam and says the problem was what I had previously stated! The tech said nothing in way of apologizing. I don't know what the issues are with the staff who work here. Three stars because the following day, the doctor called and gave me the bloodwork results confirming my dog's diagnosis and offered to answer any questions I would have in the future. My dog is doing better but will have an ongoing health problem. The vet tech should refrain from making off the cuff diagnoses.

She never had anything seriously wrong with her until she got her yearly Bordetella shot on August 30, 2024. She began experiencing a cough and after the cough, she had trouble catching her breath. Around 2:00 in the morning on Friday, September 6th, she collapsed in my arms. I gently shook her and breathed into her mouth. This seemed to revive her, but she was still having difficulty breathing. As soon as this clinic opened at 8 am, I called and insisted I bring Holly in. They said they didn't know what they could do for her since they weren't set up to give her oxygen, but they agreed to see her. They gave her an x-ray and said she had an enlarged heart and some inflammation in her lungs. We went home with an antibiotic that I was to give Holly twice a day for 14 days. They should have given her a shot of antibiotics there at the office. They should have given her a steroid shot to reduce the swelling of her lungs. But they did neither. As a result, my little Holly died 4 hours after we got home. I trusted this clinic. They said she might need oxygen, but did not indicate that it was urgent. If you don't want your dog to end up like mine. find another veterinary clinic. If I ever have another dog, I will NOT use this clinic.
