DO NOT. use this facility the office staff is incompetent and not accountable for their actions ! I personally went into the office to have my insurance verified that they take it then hand-delivered a referral after Cassandra who advised me, yes all was good! Due to their booking constraints, I was told they are booking a month out! I asked to be put on a waitlist as I was in constant pain I waited for a month! Less than 18 hours before my appointment, I got a call from Cassandra saying that my insurance is not accepted after all! And a lame I'm sorry! I feel they owe me the fee they charge for a cancellation less than 24 hours!!! This is total incompetence on the office, staff and lack of compassion and caring for people who are looking to their therapist for help. read more

Having this physical therapy practice located within the SaddleBrooke HOA community has been a godsend to this 'Active Adult Living' community. Their facility is top rate with caring, knowledgeable licensed therapists. My twice a week, 4 weeks total ended, I felt like a completely different person. I no longer have excruciating pain, have regained my flexibility and feel more confident going forward about the stretches and exercises I need to do to maintain a health core and back. You couldn't ask for a better facility or staff. Kudos by the way to my therapist Elizabeth Busser who was simply the best! read more

This is the most caring, most efficient medical facility I have ever encountered. The owner has an advanced degree in physical therapy and the entire staff is extremely well-trained. What makes this facility special is that each patient is treated with respect and care as well as the best individual therapy possible. You will safe and well-treated. The results of 90 days of therapy have my husband up and walking. He started in a wheelchair and after 3 months, he walks on his on and is back to his normal life. read more

Ari, Chad, Hector, Jared, and Matt have been fantastic. If something hurts, they do their best to fix it. I was definitely reluctant about my treatment when I began. I was taught growing up that you go to a chiropractor for your back. And sure, they definitely know how to pop your back and make things feel great in the short term, but they never fix the problem and they keep you coming back. I can tell you Chad is just as good if not better at popping things than any chiropractor I've seen and, while he and everyone here is great, they do their best to get you fixed as fast as they can so you don't have to keep coming back.

There are several assistants working with patients as we go through our exercises and there is a good sense of team work with all of the staff. The facility is in a great location, and it's always clean and organinzed, with things being put away right when you are done using them. I highly recommend Ideal Rehab if you are need of PT services.

They are short tech's and therapists. I advise looking elsewhere. I'm going to give one of their other facilities a try but if that is as disappointing as this facility has become then I'll switch to another company. The owner is difficult to communicate with. She is unaware of what her facilities offer ie: cupping or other modalities. There's a change in ownership. I'm told the company is "struggling" and they need to make this change to keep open and running. Worst physical therapy place ever. Try modern it's much better and better therapists.

I have had really good results at ATI and I want to encourage you to try them out if you need physical therapy. They have several locations around Tucson and I am a two time client at this one off Ajo and Park. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and well trained in getting people back in working order. The facility is compact but has everything one needs to get top notch results. I prefer learning and doing exercises that use minimal spa-like equipment and use things like hand weights, exercise bands, walls, treadmills and stationary bikes. Nothing glamorous but effective......and easily replicated at home or on the go. All the therapists are cheerful, encouraging and supportive. They listen and offer encouragement and alternatives crafted to your needs and abilities. Their hours of operation are pretty extensive and convenient. They can work around your schedule and greet you with a smile when you arrive. So, if you find yourself in need of some PT check out ATI.

Considering how many nerves come through your spine, it was worth a shot. They give you an X-RAY as well as practitioner consult before presenting you with a plan. If you can't do the plan for your own reasons, they DO NOT force you into it and offer you lower cost options. Everyone has been very friendly and assertive at their job, the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the chiropractor actually asks you every week how you're feeling or if you have new pains. I still have a couple of weeks of treatment but I'm very happy I chose to come in. The stomach or gastric issues have somewhat subsided and my neck flexibility is getting better. Thanks team!

( oh boy...as I contemplate leaving , to return another day... the new doc called me back.) well heck there goes my escape plans lol. I was also in a ridiculous amount of pain. The Doc shook my hand, made eye contact......and then it was the adjustment. II felt almost instant relief upon adjustment , as in my low back pain was maybe a 2 out of 10, from a 6-7 out of ten. This new doc is a keeper!! He knows his stuff and has a very relaxing"table side" manner. 12 hours later, I still have no pain. Will update ! P.s Best part it is 29 dollars for an adjustment.
