He wasn't the cheapest bid, but he wasn't the most expensive, either. He also took the time to explain method, choices, a couple of areas of rot (they replaced the wood) in photos, and varying costs of different roof qualities. They cleaned up in the end, and we also have a warranty to boot. He's born and raised in the LBJ area, and has roofed his whole life. He's not going anywhere, and his reputation is important to him. Totaled all the roofs again after just two two years. To use the same line from Ghostbusters......."Who you gonna call?????" Cornerstone. They knocked it out of the park again, and this time even faster than two years ago. Read my previous review and try to imagine then getting faster and even better. Some things do change.....seldom do they get better. Cornerstone was faster, more efficient, and even better at cleanup, than last time. Drive through Rancher's Estates in Johnson City and the signs you see the most around here all say "Cornerstone". There is a lot of reasons why and they are all good.
