Very disappointing experience. Took our ottoman in to be re-upholstered. Was told it would take 6 weeks. Six weeks became eight weeks. After calling to find out when it would be ready, I was told I would receive a call back. When I didn't, I called again only to be told it would be another three weeks. I told them I needed it within 10 days because it was already late, and I had company coming. I was told they would try, but would call in a week to let me know if it was possible. Why would I wait another week on the CHANCE it MIGHT be available? Very frustrating and unprofessional. Was told they have a lot of important deadlines. I guess my ottoman wasn't one of them. Don't waste your time with Ridgeline unless you have a LOT of time. read more
