We had A&E Cleaning service come to our house to clean. The initial "deep clean" was $240.00. There…read morewere lots of things that weren't cleaned. There were still some scuff marks on the walls, the entertainment center wasn't cleaned, and things weren't moved to clean under them. In the shower there were some rust stains that weren't cleaned and when they were brought to the attention of Ana, she said that they would come out with continued cleaning. We were able to completely remove them with about 2 minutes, a sponge, and some Ajax. All of these things were brought to her attention and she said she would come back and do ANOTHER cleaning and then we could decide if we wanted to continue the service. If we were to take this option and refuse to continue service with her, we'd be losing money because 2 cleanings at $240 is $120, which is more than the $80 cleaning that was offered after the initial cleaning. She agreed that the cleaning could have been better, but we didn't want to have them come back. We offered what we thought was fair for the cleaning that was done, which was $100, and we haven't heard back from her.
