The flight was 45 minutes early, but the driver had checked the flights and already knew this. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again. Update 10/13 I used them again for an NYC pick up of my parents and kids and drop off in Westchester. Once again the service was excellent, car clean and driver extremely helpful and courteous.

Uber is the greatest way to travel in NYC!…read more Install the App everyone! I was in NYC this weekend. It was raining. No cabs so I called Uber. WOW! In a sec they told me how many cars in my area, the closest one, how many minutes away. Photo, Name, license plate, color & model of car! I used it three times. No money exchanged hands, everything is done with your account. As long as you have your phone your all set to go!!!! Uber drivers take you anywhere ( nothing is too far & return you later) including NJ, PA... No cab driver moaning about how many fares he'll lose. I am a New Yorker at heart. I know my way around the city very well. Unfortunately there is always construction going on, but I know where I'm going.

The cost was reasonable $36.79 for a 4:30AM pickup on a Thursday. I tipped my driver 25%. My second Uber booking was ultimately a FAILURE. This was my return trip from the airport to my home, two days later on Saturday evening. Landing at 9:30/PM, retrieving baggage and contacting Uber at 10:00/PM. The least expensive Uber was $136.00 and the prices went up according to vehicle. That is "quadruple" what I paid two days earlier. This fee is/was, nothing but a scam and a ripoff. Totally taking advantage of weary travelers who want to get home. I would not pay the fee. I did not book an Uber. I took a taxi for $77.00 which is also expensive - but I had little choice, I paid. I will find other alternatives in the future, like hiring a neighbor.

The car was roomy, comfortable, and clean. As our granddaughter would say: ALL QUEST LIMOUSINE made this experience EASY PEASY. We will use them on all future trips from Newark airport to Stamford, Ct. The price was all-inconclusive (fare, tolls, and tip), so there was no confusion about the charge. Driving around in Boston can be very confusing and stressful with the traffic and the tunnels, etc. It was such a relaxing experience to get the car service instead. We didn't have to schlep our luggage across a parking lot or change trains to get there. It was door to door service and the drivers happily helped us with our luggage. Plus toward the end of our cruise, we weren't feeling anxious about having to do the drive home, we knew we were in good hands! Both drivers we had were great. Both were excellent drivers- they were professional and friendly. The cars were clean and comfortable; they had bottled water for us for the ride. Communications with the company was easy and always readily available. The drivers arrived early or on time. Overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them for your next trip!
