These people go above and beyond their calling. I was recently stranded 20 miles outside of town with no water or means of transportation. Norma came to my rescue, not only finding my gps coordinates, but also brought me water and food. I am grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone. Call from Clarion Hotel and they tell me: first, that they're here (they're not) and when I say I'm standing on the balcony (I am) they tell me there's no balcony. A joke. Uber and Lyft? Please. My husband and I called for a taxi to pick us up and take us the new Albertsons on China Lake Blvd and she says she said Auto Zone when she said Albertsons and then she actually drove to AutoZone while racking up more charges and at the same time yelling and arguing with us. This was the Chinese/ or Hispanic lady. Then she got mad because we kept trying to explain to her to please not take the road with the most traffic and stop lights and to please take us to Albertsons and she got mad and dropped us off at Walgreens and just left us there and then she sped off through the parking lot almost hitting a Walgreens customer on the way out. The other lady taxi driver is great and very nice along with the other 2 or 3 guy drivers but this driver did not have great customer service and she just dropped us off and left us stranded!!! read more

Rude drivers. Too long of wait times. Or don't even show up at all. If I could give negative stars I would.

Driver has a smoke filled car, smoked during drive, and text messages and talks on two phones while driving. Ask him to please be safe and not text and drive, and he flips out and says they make me be on the phone to receive jobs. I tell them it makes me look bad. No, it makes you endanger lives. There is a better way to do this. Especially when you have pregnant people in your car. You make it to your destination with a panic attack and a migraine from the smoke. I know it's the desert, it can be blisteringly hot, but you are still better off walking then using this service. You'll feel the same when you arrive. read more

Called Ridgecrest Taxi to arrange for a ride. The girl that answered the phone was rude. After I gave her the pick up and drop off address she said it would be a 10 minute wait and then we hung up. Then a few minutes later she called back to say that there has been a problem with the address and they would not be picking me up. NEVER has there been any problem with my friends address!!! I tried calling back after I asked my friend about it and Ridgecrest Taxi didn't answer. I will NEVER use Ridgecrest Taxi again. BAD FOR BUSINESS!!! The lady that answered the phone, Rachel, was extremely rude, called me a liar, and hung up on me 5 times. My friend was waiting outside my house on New Year's Eve for 2.5 hours for the taxi to show up. He called back and was told the taxi showed up and called. That didn't happen, we have proof on his phone that there was no incoming call. I called back from my husbands phone after she blocked me,telling her my friend still needed a ride and she hung up on me again and wouldn't answer. Use a different taxi service, this company has unprofessional, absolutely ridiculous people working here. I called Rubio's instead, no issues or drama. read more
