This company replaced our roof at the end of 2021. With in a few months they had to come back to…read morefix the roof because it was leaking. Their solution was to pour tar all over making the new roof look awful. They had to do this a few times to get it to not leak. Thankfully it didn't leak any further until now. Once again we're experiencing leaks in multiple areas less than 4 years from when they replaced the roof. Once again we contacted this company to come fix the issue and they stated "they can tell other people have done work on the roof and therefore our warranty is void" They also stated "we have proof and evidence others have worked on the roof" I was very confused because we haven't had anyone else work on the roof, why would we when we have a "warranty" with this company. Repeatedly I asked for them to send me the proof that they have (they haven't provided me with anything) They have ignored my calls and texts, Finally I got a response through email stating "We will not give an estimate on this job, we are not interested in this" This company is a scam, awful customer service and even worse their work is absolutely atrocious. AVOID them at all costs unless you want your roof that you spent thousands on to continuously leak.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company absolutely earned one. We just had our…read moreentire roof replaced and the experience from start to finish was outstanding -- honestly better than I ever expected a roofing project to go. From the first call, communication was clear and consistent. They explained everything upfront, kept us informed throughout the process, and never left us guessing about timelines or costs. The pricing was fair and transparent -- no surprise charges, no bait-and-switch. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They completed the full replacement faster than I thought possible without ever cutting corners. The materials they used are top quality, and the finished roof looks incredible. A special shoutout to Hector, who supervised the job. He was on-site, attentive, and clearly takes pride in the work his crew does. Anytime I had a question, Hector had an answer. That kind of hands-on leadership makes all the difference. And when they were done -- I mean really done -- the cleanup was immaculate. You'd never know a roofing crew had been there.
