We have used Diana's for both grooming and boarding for our two dogs. First couple of times were…read moreokay and the last few have been horrible. Even though we paid extra for either grooming or bathing, they come home smelling. The grooming prices were outrageous for a trim. Over $150 to trim our Shitzu and a medium sized mixed breed. They smelled when we picked them up and as other reviewers state, they are always dehydrated and thirsty. We called them after the last time and they gave us crap for calling and the owner was supposed to call but never did. We thought we would give them one more chance, it was horrible. Last time. I do not recommend you use this place for grooming or boarding. Our dogs don't deserve to be treated like this and as owners we don't need to be disrespected and scared to bring our animals to a place. 30August2019...update. We received a typed letter from the owner in the mail. She states there is no place for the dogs to get stinky and she has no idea what we smelled because her place is sanitary and that it was probably their ears or anal glands (weird because we just paid for a bath and grooming). She also stated they always have access to water and it was probably because they were excited to see us, they have stayed with friends and other kennels and never ever have been thirsty like this. She blamed my wife for playing phone tag and not calling back. And finally blaming us for hurting her business. So basically it's all our fault, we are correcting this by updating to one star from two and ensuring we will never let them touch our dogs again.
