In 2025, Andy came back as we liked his company the best during the original quote. Andy 1 year later stuck to his original quote. Andy and his team completed vinyl siding on our house in September 2025. My wife and I 100% recommend the company! All employees were professional and did a great job with every detail. Andy's dad would hold a meeting every afternoon with me to discuss the work that was done, plans for the next day and questions about preference for certain areas with additional detail. Once the work was complete, the team cleaned up the work area thoroughly and you could never tell they were there! Andy also came back for a few days with his large magnet to assure that no nails were on the ground after there work. Those additional details meant the world to us since we have two small children. Two weeks after the work was complete, Andy and his team came back to install a piece that was ordered. In January, we had very high winds and one small piece got knocked loose. I texted Andy, and he showed up the next day to fix the loose piece. Like stated before, I would 100% recommend Creative Home Improvement! They did the roof on my house. I may as well flushed 7k down the toilet. The workers were 2…read morejuveniles and 1 adult, none of whom spoke English. I had broken and cracked sheathing which I pointed out before they started. They didn't replace any of the wood, just shingled over large gaps and rotten areas. The ridge vent looked like it was cut by a blind man, 6 inches wide down to 2 inches. They left the shingles overhanging 2 inches on the sides of the roof. They never touched the flashing over the garage. They nailed the aluminum trim from my siding into the roof at the end, ruining it. It wasn't nailed before and it's not supposed to be nailed. It all lifted up later. I paid extra to have the chimney cap repaired. The guy spent 20 minutes on that, just slathered new cement over the broken and cracked cap. The rain gutters were left jam packed with shingles, nails and debris. The owner seems nice but don't let this fool you. He acted like I was crazy when I questioned anything. They did end up replacing some of the broken sheathing after I complained. I believe they farmed out the work on my house although he claimed the adult had worked with him for years. All of the work done was shoddy and incompetent.

DO NOT USE!!! TONY DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK!…read more His company installed roof 8 months ago for me and it's already leaking! I called him to ask him to come look at it and all he wanted to do was blame it on the chimney and tell me he was going to charge me to even come out and look at it. After convincing him to come out and look at it finally he sent his guys and they found two separate issues that they did wrong that caused the water to be able to enter inside of the house. The leaking water caused damage inside of my house and Tony did not want to stand by his work. He called me crazy among other names and hung up on me and will not take phone calls from me. I have shared a few text messages from him. If you're looking for somebody that is going to stand by their work and do the right thing, A&G roofing is not one of those.
