When my 91 year old husband was taken to ER he received excellent care and he was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and sent to ICU. I admit I was sceptical that this little hospital would have the equipment and skill to help my husband. That was February 27 th. I was pleasantly surprised. his care was exemplary, the equipment as good as any hospital at home. I can't remember the names of all the wonderful staff but they were beyond good, thoughtful and kind. While he was in ICU I had a nasty reaction to a drug I was on a passed out fracturing my TiB Fib and lateral and medial malléolus . I had surgery and once again anxious about such a difficult surgery. I had my knee surgery in a large teaching hospital and had an accident fracturing my femur on the same right side. I need not have worried as the orthopaedic surgeon did an amazing job on my leg. That was March 8 th and yes my husband and I were both in rehab together. once again, the staff were amazing. My husband became palliative and a bed was found on rehab. I worried would excellent rehab staff be able to manage palliation? They were amazing.My dear husband passed Saturday April 25th. Something else happened , something I have never seen or heard of . They brought a bed for me so I could be beside him and hold his hand and I would be comfortable. This hospital has SOUL. The care is outstanding here…read more They don't make me feel controlled or trapped. The nurses are always willing to try to understand when I start feeling sick. The nurses don't ignore me here. I 100% recommend this hospital as they have been nothing but amazing! (Even the food is amazing)

An elevator and stairs, a couple different entrances/exits. The elevator doesn't go directly to the parking lot though. Lifelab have their own washroom but the rest of the patients have to go to the offices' front desks to ask for the key to the washroom that's located outside by the stairs (pharmacy). Quiet, clean, and a few chairs to seat while waiting.

Dr Dhillon at the Guildford location has to be the worst doctor I have ever met. She then prescribed a medication, without asking of any underlining issues I may have; which did play a huge factor in the side effects of this medication. When I asked to get a full blood panel requisition, she denied and told me I didn't need it, again, no additional question as to WHY I may want this. When I told her I was in active miscarriage, she ignored that fact, and requested no follow up questions. Then, she just walks out.. not only the worst doctor, but her bedside manor was atrocious. You could have been laying there with a broken leg, and felt like she would have spit at you and call you a liar.

In my whole life, I have never seen an MOA wear slippers in a medical office while eating a bag of chips at the front counter. There were multiple times her and her staff would laugh very loud and make jokes while in front of patients waiting for their appointments. I found this very contradictory when I overheard her telling one of her MOAs how to write an email and sound more professional. If you decide to be her patient, you'll find out very quickly that she treats her patients as cash cows. She will penalize you $100 if you're a no show or don't cancel your appointment prior to 24hrs notice. But when you show up for you appointment, you maybe required to wait up to 2hrs. Once you have your appointment with her, she will rush it and prevent you asking any questions or leave you unsatisfied/confused not knowing what action or follow up is required. Therefore, you maybe need to make another appointment and wait for weeks just to continue from the previous appointment session. When she found out I got a second opinion from another doctor, she jumped to conclusion and made false accusations that I have another family doctor. When I asked her for my records, she refused to do so by justifying that I am no longer her patient and immediately changed my status on her system. Virginia does not demonstrate any interest in her patient's welling being. She operates her office as if it's a fast food restaurant

What is frustrating is that walk ins are called in from the hallway and sometimes taken in for blood work before us who have an appt! This happened to us today. Shouldn't appointments be caught up first before adding in walk ins? What exactly is the point of having an appt except you get to sit in a chair instead of standing in a lineup. The system is frustrating and stressful.

The business changed hands last year and the new dentist/owner is every bit as good as the one she replaced. I think the previous dentist took great care to make sure her business was in good hands. Dr. Mitra Ghaderi was the previous owner's choice and she is excellent. She is a perfectionist who will not leave a job less than perfectly done. She has done fillings for me twice, both times in front teeth, up and down, and she's taken the opportunity to build up my teeth so that they are not only strong and healthy, but they look better too. Her technicians are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business to others.
