Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. Based out of Woodstock Ga their cars are clean, look like new and they always have a water ready for you. They actually took the bags out of the trunk and over to curb side check in for me. On time performance is paramount when you need to catch a flight and they have always been on time and even early. I was getting frustrated with very high rates with other bus rentals and was pleasantly surprised with the fair rate offered by Mark. 1) First and foremost Mark wanted to make sure the trip was exactly what we wanted. Although we planned it out ahead of time, he was very accommodating with some changes the night of our birthday event. 2) Bus was super clean, very comfortable. We had about 16 and there was room for more. Seating was 'traditional' forward facing seats, not bench style. For our crowd this worked great. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

All discussions were had via text message to ensure there was no misunderstanding of service and rates. The cars (going and coming) were exceptionally clean and comfortable. They offer cold water for all passengers, as well as other amenities that we did not use. Driver met us at baggage claim on return and was very efficient. We received text messages the day before each pickup, and when our plane landed to let us know our ride was ready We will definitely be using this service any time we are in need of a limo!
