Deb Perisian came highly recommended by a friend whom she had served as a property buyer. I had a…read morefamily ranch in Idaho to sell from out of state, and Deb was my boots on the ground. Sandpoint can be rather insular, and I was scolded by a few locals for not choosing a Sandpoint-specific realtor, but they were wrong. Deb is a consummate professional, and has a broad and deep knowledge of real estate across the two-state area. Even before I hired her, she was a font of knowledge and an excellent resource. During the sale, she answered all my questions and pre-empted any concerns with a phone call. The sale was harrowing -- the buyer's agent was terrible: lied, postured, threatened, failed to submit paperwork, and didn't return phone calls -- but Deb maintained her straight, professional demeanor and action. The whole situation was stressful and a LOT of work, and Deb made it clearer, easier, and more fun. Highly recommend.

We had limited time and Deb was able to show us properties based on what we told her we were looking for. She didn't push nor try to get us to look putside of our price range. Being that we were out of town Deb kept on top of everything and was in constant contact along the way. We had such a great experience with our land purchase, when we decided we needed to buy a house as well we didn't hesitate contacting Deb and she helped us out once again! I highly recommend her, her knowledge of the area, honestly and her warm nature...she's great to work with!

My brother in law and I arrived 10 minutes early and our guide was already loaded up and ready for us. All the fishing gear was provided and poles were set up for us. Our guide was really knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He had us casting right and he ensured that we both got our catch. We left ready to buy our own gear. The half day trip went about 6 hours and I'm sure our guide had another 4 hours in him if we didn't tire first. I would recommend this service to any friend or family visiting Coeur d'lane.

Zero communication skills, zero interest in selling my property, zero knowledge of customer service for his clients. Seller beware of this guy and company. If you want professional, go elsewhere. If you want to pay top commissions and get nothing for it, this is your place. One might ask, why did I go with him...the answer is simple...I was over promised by the agent and he under delivered, shame on me for not getting references and trusting What I was told. Never again.

Ms. Moug made an appointment to show my property on Aug. 3 between 3 and 5pm. At 5:30 I called my realtor to let him know that she had not arrived nor called to cancel.
