Overall a good experience with renting a vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop…read more They have a large lot with a lot of different vehicle options to chose from. Their prices are fair and it is a great feature that you can prepay for gas and they have a market rate you pay when the vehicle gets dropped off with or without any fuel in the tank. I ended up with an itty bitty Mitsubishi Mirage, but it was only for a few days and it was on their economy rental plan. The staff is super helpful and friendly! They do a full walk around. I understand working in insurance how they have to push their insurance plan, but it was a little bit much. $17 a day is a bit pricey especially since my insurance covers rental vehicles. The one complaint I have is that, there is no clear place to park. Parking stalls are labeled car sales or rental car parking only. And when they are busy it makes it more chaotic. There is a $50 deposit on the card even if you are going through insurance. It will be returned when you return the car. Overall good experience, easy to find shop, and they have a TON of selection of vehicles!

Always the worst company to work with. Well, called and to my surprise so accommodating and found what we needed and it would be ready in an hour. Amazing, vacation is not ruined. We can still hit the road! Get to enterprise and they say oh we have you down for 5pm. I said ok, well we were told it's ready now. Then she says they don't have a vehicle till tomorrow. Excuse me!? That's not what we were told. She's checking and guess what? No SUV we need in ALL of Des Moines. Sure. Sure. Then we are told calls are outsourced and they don't know the inventory. It's at this point I lose it. I don't want to get into it all but, let's say I told them their customer service system needs a massive overhaul. No wonder they have such high competition now. Long story short, we couldn't travel with the family without the SUV. Vacation planned for 5 months ruined and canceled. Thank you Budget and Enterprise. I've made sure you both received bad reviews and all my friends and family know to never rent from you again.

It makes me think he may have been the one driving the bus, which if that is the case it is also unsafe. If nothing else it shows a lack of professionalism.
