The next day, I got a call from an Enterprise employee saying that there was hail damage to the rental car overnight and it was going to be my responsibility (after I had already turned the car in). This was a nasty attempt by this agency to try and con money out of a customer for something that was clearly their responsibility. Thankfully the auto body shop stood up for me and helped make this go away. This was predatory behavior that might have worked on someone, which is why they tried it. The global Enterprise said the price was $400 more and the vehicle we wanted was not available and he cancelled our reservation. He stated if we wanted another vehicle for our trip it would be the higher price and they would refund my money, over $725, in 3-10 business days. But if we cancel it I will not get a refund. We canceled in the same day and the booking was supposed to be cancelled free of charge in the first 48 hours. Then called Priceline and they said they would refund it but will 7-12 business days. Took less than 7 minutes to take it. I will NEVER use Enterprise again!

He almost hit us. We had all we could do to just inch our way out. When we called to complain we got "Clay" on the phone who after I was trying to talk hung up on me. It makes me think he may have been the one driving the bus, which if that is the case it is also unsafe. If nothing else it shows a lack of professionalism. There are a lot of party bus options in Des Moines, so stay away from this one.
