This company is unprofessional in the real world. My friend was scammed. They repossessed her car. She was 4 days late on a payment. In the real, legal professional world, it's 30 days at least guys. I love NC but you are a stain on that beautiful state.. Yes, Covid has changed things but customer service and a delightful car buying experience should not suffer, it continues. People can leave the state after they buy the car. Not sure if Jim is owner but he cannot be bothered to call back. Some guy, 'Mr. I will relay the message, I'm just the messenger', hides behind the telephone. Do not expect a call back from the owner either. Perhaps they treat others in a professional, ethical and courteous manner, but not this time. We will look into BBB rating, look forward to more reviews YELP also and calls to Chamber of Commerce.
