Bought our Sxs in 2018 Recently my husband purchased 2 brand new tires, 1 tire blew out with less than 30 miles on it .. when he brought it in we were told it may or may not be covered. ??! no warranty?? He purchased a third tire while we wait to see if it would be covered. Within the next 30 miles the new Tire also blew out ??? When my husband brought that one in he was told pretty much that either tire is most likely not going to be covered... This does NOT sit well with me , thats $300 they just happily took from him needless to say as of today they lost our business, we will happily drive the extra mile for better customer service ... These folks are absolutely AMAZING. The business was closed and I emailed the site. At the time we hadn't know that the owner called us back. We were broke down 4 hours south of their facility and looking for a part for a part to enjoy the rest of my snowmobile trip. we were going to ask just to leave it in the mailbox but asked if there might be a mechanic that wanted to work off hours to get us up and running. Long story short the owner allowed the mechanic to use their facility. We didn't arrive till 8:30 pm and Jonny had us fixed by 10:30. The part we thought we needed was not the issue. Once torn apart a dogbone below the shaft was broken. They had one but on another sled, a phone call was made to the owner and they allowed the part to be removed from another showroom model. Unbelievable customer service. I cannot tell you how much this meant. We drove over 12 hours to be there and without these fine folks and Jonny taking time from his evening my trip would've been over as fast as it started. I own a Can-Am Defender Max and wanted to have it equipped with a set of tracks so I could use it for plowing snow over the winter. I purchased the tracks from Marquette Powersports at the end of the summer 2020, paying up front, with the understanding that I would have them installed after the fall deer hunt rifle season. This was agreeable to them. Over the time between placing the order and installation I ordered, or rather my wife, bought and payed for a windshield wiper attachment to install at the same time as the tracks. In addition I also requested they replace the steel cable on my winch with a synthetic rope, which they agreed to do at the same time. As I knew this was going to take several hours to complete I called weeks in advance to schedule the installations informing the service rep I needed to have the work completed in one day as I needed to pick up the machine and have it delivered to another location later the same day for more scheduled work the following day. I believed I allowed enough time for scheduling and was assured by the service rep that work could be completed so I could pick up the machine and have it in time to make the next delivery before the end of the day. I didn't think this was such a big deal trying to coordinate service work at two different businesses especially working months in advance to procure all the parts then scheduling weeks in advance the service work. WRONG! At a little after 1:00PM I called to get a status update on the installation of the tracks and other equipment and was informed I would be called when it was done. I told the service rep of my need to pick up the side by side before the end of the day and that I had a long drive to get to their location could they check and get a finish time. I was told I could not get a finish time because they hadn't started the work yet. My next call was to the manager who listened to my explanation and assured me that he would talk to service and get back to me shortly. He did not return my call. Later in the afternoon I did hear from another individual who informed me I had left a shotgun in the backseat of the side by side and they would keep it in a gun room and not to forget to ask for it when I retrieved my vehicle. Again I explained that I needed to pick up the side by side shortly and questioned when it would be done. Our conversation led to the statement that the vehicle had been in the service bay since 10:30 - 11:00AM, even though I had already been told work had not started as of 1:00PM. The customer service at this dealership is atrocious. I do not understand how a company, who charges top dollar in their area for their products and service can be so disrespectful to their customers. I could understand a lax attitude toward someone who is pushy, demanding, or unreasonable in seeking their services, even though in a good company those faults should be overlooked. But I believe I went over the top in procuring, paying for and scheduling everything way ahead of time without being obnoxious about what I was trying to do. As it turned out the service work was not completed on the day requested. As a matter of fact the work was not completed until the middle of the afternoon the following day. This all around experience has left a bad taste in my mouth toward Marquette Powersports so to speak. So frustrated, as a matter of fact, that I have had to strongly resist the use of profanity because I believe such an expression detracts from the legitimacy of a complaint. That being said I strongly suggest those considering using Marquette Powersports understand they may not live up to there statements. read more

I just got tired of dealing with them, it's a big operation and there are a lot of people working there, sometimes you just get passed around. A couple of the sales guys are pretty good but I finally just got tired of the parts department. Everytime I wanted something for my Polaris Ranger all the parts guy would do was open up his Polaris catalogue and look at what was in there and tell me thats all he could get. The final straw was that I wanted a Warn winch with synthetic rope and he looked at the winch page and pointed out 2 winches and said "thats all I can get, you can't get one for that with a synthetic rope." Warn makes about every winch combination out there and I knew he just didn't want to put any effort. So I went down the road to Meyer Yamaha and their parts guy said, "I can get and install any winch you want." He got me a 4500lb warn winch with synthetic rope and now I only take my Polaris to Meyer Yamaha in Ishpeming for all my service needs. If I ever need another Polaris I would drive to Munising to get it. read more

I have bought 2 SXS's here and have had a great experience both times. They made the process quick and simple and I was out on the trail in no time flat. My sales person Matt Winfield took great care to advise me of the appropriate machine for the type of riding that I do. Every time I'm on the trail I think of this because the machine I was looking at first didn't have the capability to do what I needed it to do.
