The car performance was GREAT! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very accommodating.

It bums me out to see some bad reviews because this service was AWESOME. Even though we are LA locals, we thought it was a once in a lifetime experience. I can't even imagine what it's like for the tourists! We typically avoid Hollywood Boulevard because it seems like every spot is a tourist trap and, I can't lie, it would mistake this experience for one. But the staff members were so friendly and full of great energy. Plus. SHOUTOUT TO SALIM. Homeboy elevated the experience by miles!!! Bumped the music and hyped up the birthday boy. Took his time at the Hollywood sign to make sure we got memorable photos instead of rushing us back. And he showed us homes of celebrities we would never have noticed before even though we live in Hollywood! He also made sure we enjoyed the power of the car, but safely on the roads and highways. If you decide to go with this service (and you should! It's a great gift idea!) ASK FOR SALIM! read more

First time here and we booked online for a 4pm slot. Got there on time and checked in w a sweet employee. She told us to wait just 10 mins which turned out to be another 30 or so because they overbooked the 4pm bus. A little annoying considering there was no real direction other than wait around here and we will grab you. When it was time to board, it took 10 extra minutes because they overbook this time as well. The driver was very sweet and informative but an awful driver. Honking at every intersection, stopping in the middle of mullhuland, almost causing an accident because he entered the street of beverly at the wrong time was eventful to say the least. The information on the tour was outdated. He showed us Bruno Mars's house from 2012. The tv wouldn't turn on for the first 5 -10 mins of the tour which wasn't his fault per se- just unprofessional as a company. Lastly, they only had 3 or so row in the back that could actually see the outside. We got stuck in the first two rows so we saw through a weirdly tinted and dirty window. *picture Side note : they need to pay the drivers more cause they ask for tips ALOT and say they live off of it-- My time was a solid 5.8/10. Wouldn't come back, old info on houses celebs already sold, bad driving and an hour plus wait time is why. The very sweet driver is my own plus besides the weather which they had nothing to do w. read more

My bad experience was that when we arrived here, the guy at the front desk (looked like of mixed ethnicity) didn't acknowledge us right away and he was busy on his phone or whatever, could've been business related or personal I don't know then he says to wait. So we waited and waited, then he finally acknowledged us but didn't even apologize and didn't even smile. The whole thing was a bit weird and I could have let that slide but... My MAIN issue was that there was a misunderstanding with the seating on the tour bus, and when he figured we were sitting on the wrong spot he yelled at me in front of everybody and my family and it was embarrassing. He said that he had told me already where to sit but that I didn't listen to him, but it's not that I didn't listen, in reality I didn't really understand him at first when he had told me where to sit (also I have a hearing problem). It wasn't a big deal and he didn't have to yell at me and could have been nice about it. He really killed my day bad and made me feel like ish in front of not only my family but every friggin' body in the dam bus. I brought some family that had come from another country and that I hadn't seen in years to experience a bit of the Hollywood life and this is the memory we all took from this outing, something that was supposed to be special. I don't know what his position in this place is or even if he owns it, but this guy looks like he hates working or dealing with customers and does not have any good customer service skills. NEVER smiled at all. So, all this leads me to say that I am only recommending this place for a couple reasons. First, I purchased tickets for a good price on Groupon. So it's great that they offer this through Groupon. Second, our tour guide Casey was super nice, a great talker and HILARIOUS. Even though our experience was bad in the beginning, Casey just made it better for me and my family. He deserved our tip. Can't ever forget the first dude though but if I come back to this place I will only come back because of the nice tour guide. read more

This place is a SCAM. I rarely or almost never give a 1 star review, but this is very well deserved. I booked my fiancé a 30 min ride in a Lamborghini with a gopro video (221$) for his bday. After talking to him, he said he preferred Ferrari, so I contacted this place to switch it up and change it to the following weekend. He informed me there's a 50$ rescheduling fee, which I was ok with. The 30 min Ferrari + video +1 passenger (193$) check pictures screenshotted from their site. When we got there, we were greeted by a very UNPROFESSIONAL and impressively rude front desk girl, Katerina. She was rude from the minute we walked in, not only to us but the man she left on hold, and her coworker. She took our IDs and was printing out a contract for us to sign. She scanned our reservation barcode and printed out a "contract" for us to sign, which we did, and they charged me the 50$ rebooking fee+ service fee) We went on the ride with Paul, who was so nice and friendly. He took so many pictures and was so patient and kind. Really made this ride fun and worth the drive. If this was a review for his service, he would have 5 stars. We came back from the ride, and they asked us to go to the office. When we got there, they said we owe them more money because we went on a 50 min ride, not a 30 min ride. We never asked for a 50 min ride. When I communicated that to Katerina, the front desk rude girl, she said there was a miscommunication and we have to pay that balance of 20$. Mind you, they never reimbursed me for the difference of what I originally paid for vs. what I got. (Paid 221- used 193= 28$ they owed me) . I said its not our fault there was a miscommunication on their end, to which she replied, " That's the contract you signed." I get it's my fault we didn't read the contract, but you scanned my reservation that said 30 mins, why would you scam me and print out a 50 min contract that we didn't ask for. She yelled at me, saying she's just doing her job and what her boss asked, so I said ok, have your boss come talk to me, and she said he won't. So we paid the 20$. When I tried to grab a business card so I could leave a review, she snatched it from my hand, saying, "ma'am those are for the bus tours." Overall horrible experience, DO NOT COME HERE, DO NOT USE THEM, GO VACATION WITH OTHER RESPECTFUL COMPANIES because this one is rude and THEYRE SCAMMERS. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I want to start with saying the actual experience was great. We were so excited to have this little tour of Hollywood in a Ferrari. Malik, the driver could not have been better. Jimmy and the girl behind the counter were very courteous. Upon returning from the drive, we were told by Vincent we owed more money. We booked for our party online and paid in full the $159.00. But Vincent, who seemed to be "the boss" insisited that this did not include the pasengers, and wanted us to pay an additional $40 for the two passengers. We reviewed the order and Vincent kept insisting we had it wrong. The paperwork clearly stated we paid for our party of 3. Evenutally Vincent changed the amount to $20. We paid the fee just to get out of there, but we felt like it was a shady scam. BEWARE. But thank you Malik for the fun experience! read more

I rode in the Ferrari it was very fun I loved it, my driver Malik was the nicest person in Hollywood. He was so cool and helpful and a amazing photographer but I did not need the solo shots just the group photo. After we got done with the Ferrari we got out. It cost 159$ for the ride, but apparently told by Vincent(with a horrible and jerky like attitude) it was 179$ but we paid online for 159$ they scammed us 20 bucks. VINCENT was very unprofessional. Also the girl was going to charge the credit card 40 bucks but I told her fix it but then 20$ cash wasted I fell ripped off BEWARE BUYERS. Malik was the only good person. The experience was great riding the sport cars, but they rip you off as soon as your done. As soon as we were done they said you owe us 20 bucks and my group is like why. They details say if it is three people riding it will be 159 dollars which we have payed already and Vincent ,the guy at the counter made up an excuse for getting the money. He was very rude and obnoxious. Malik our driver was great. They scammed us out of 20 bucks and we are very upset read more

If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would, it's worth every penny. If you're second guessing it, don't, you won't regret it. You know it's exactly what you're expecting when most the negative reviews on here are from people who haven't even driven the car or participated in the experience. John was very personable and knowledgeable. I'l be back to drive the Lamborghini next time for sure. Thanks John! read more

Ride like a star made my dream come true, we have all seen The Fast and the Furious movies have envisioned ourselves driving these amazing fast cars, well today that happened. Ride like a star not only let me get into a Ferrari, they let me drive it, and recorded me doing so. The best part about this experience, was the super affordable price of $109.00 The best moment of my life started on Hollywood Blvd just another day enjoying the sun in Hwood. I was approached by a gentlemen with this unbelievable deal. Of course being an LA native I was super skeptical of the details, but still seeing is believing. I was at their location in Hollywood in no time, and a few minutes later I was in for the ride of a lifetime. I can still feel the raw power of the engine at my fingertips, most amazing feeling ever. I definitely recommend that you experience this at least once in your life, I myself plan on coming back and taking out the Lambo for a spin, Thanks for the awesome experience guys! read more

This place deserves 0 stars. We booked a reservation for 2 people about a week in advance (for a tour,) we showed up early and the tour car already left with another group, or so they say. We called too resolve the matter, but then they say they can't take 2 people out, even when though we received an email confirmation for 2 people. Overall, these people don't have their act together and the money is better spent other places. read more

ITS ONLY 10-15 MINUTES not 30 as the staff told me otherwise pretty cool driving the yellow Lambo and its loud as heck. They let you get on it and I floored it a few times but that co pilot is right there to grab the e brake in case you get to wild. Took lots of photos in an around the car. Id probably rent again but would need to get my full 30 minutes read more

Its a once a lifetime experience that I will never forget. Thanks john, medi , and stefano!!! You guys are very kind

Drove a hour away to rent a Lamborghini, arrived, they had 3 Ferrari's parked up front, and 1 lambo, because the Ferrari's were not renting, only the Ferrari was available. Better off renting from the air port. read more

So just to give you an idea of my experience, I had scheduled the ride for 10am online and moved heaven and earth to make it on time and when I got there and called, someone at your office told me you open at 11am, a time I could not make. The following day, I called twice at 11am and nobody would answer and when I got there I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to show up. After the drive, I asked for the videos, paid $10 since there seems to usually be issues with the cameras and now the videos that you send are only 2-8 seconds long. I called yesterday to ask if you could send the whole videos and you told me that there shouldn't be an issue... Now they won't return my $10 after waiting for over 4 days... read more

This was so much fun. We did the ferrari limo tour, but I wish we would have switched seats half way through with the two people sitting in the middle because it was hard to hear and see.
