I found this shuttle googling and booked in advance and got Joe as my driver. He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. Though I was nervous at first booking a shuttle I didn't know anything about, and wasn't sure if it would be reliable, I was left pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

Our flight arrived at 4pm at the Orlando airport and we quickly picked up our luggage and headed to the shuttle. There were already people inside the large 16 passenger bus. We sat there for awhile waiting for 4 more passengers. Note there's no bathroom onboard or special stops. After waiting a while we finally departed. The driver was safe and the driving was fine. We didn't get dropped off at our house until after 7pm. It took about 3 hours from the time we boarded the bus until the time we got dropped off at The Villages. The normal drive time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would not recommend it unless you have tons of time to sit on a bus. We checked Uber and it cost $90 which was the exact cost we paid to ride the shuttle with the tip.

We used this company for a wedding event for transportation for the bride and groom after the…read morewedding to their AIRBNB in Mount Dora. The event was at The Pinery at Howey in the Hills. The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location. Thanks so much for a great experience for this couple on their wedding day !!!

I contacted Elite by George for transportation from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the…read moreVillages when I learned I would have to wait 2 hours for the shuttle bus upon arrival. Elite made it a cinch to locate them, which turned out to be a private SUV with no other passengers. In these days of Covid having a private vehicle means a lot. No sharing space with strangers. The driver waited for my text upon picking up my baggage. He was ready and waiting at the transport dock and there was little hunting and searching. The driver was safe, polite and efficient, and he dropped me off at my destination. A bit more expensive than the shuttle buses, but in my mind well worth the difference. I say go for it!
