Awful service at all I've brought my jewellery for return. I bought it in Watertown. They said they will send it back in Watertown and I will receive money in Watertown. I've agreed. It happened 3 weeks ago. They still didn't send it. What they were doing for three weeks??? I'm leaving Watertown in a week for long time. How can I receive my money back? My purpose for visiting this store was to set my loose diamond in a temporary (and inexpensive) solitaire setting. I had my diamond for several months and just couldn't pull the trigger on any mountings. Jean was extraordinarily friendly and enthusiastic about setting my stone. We talked diamonds for a while and then I met with Jacob, the jeweler on duty, and he said they did not have a ring with a head large enough to fit my stone. I had visited several other jewelry stores that day and was expecting him to tell me what they all told me: we can order a mount in for you and have it done in a week or two. Instead, he went to the jewelry case and pulled out a similar sized diamond that was set in a solitaire and said they could use that mount. I was surprised and amazed that they'd go that far when no one else had offered. He said he'd have it set by 6pm and called me at 4:15pm to tell me it was done, which was only a little more than an hour after I dropped it off! Amazing. My fiance' purchased my ring from here and had to get it delivered and the manager was able to assist in getting him into the price range he wanted. I am not sure how to even put into words the treatment we have recieved from Riddles in St. Cloud at Crossroads Mall. Stacy is beyond unbelievable when it comes to customer service. She is courteous, kind, helpful and personable. She helped my wife and I find our wedding band and on top of that Tony (Store Manager) was genuine and since we purchased our engagement ring from Riddles offered us a phenomenal deal on it too! Stacy spent a good amount of time researching and sending us photos of potential rings based on what we were looking for. Eventually we found one we loved! Tony and the entire staff he has at the Crossroads Mall location is always a joy to walk in to, whether we are searching or just dropping by for a good conversation! read more
