You should not shop here without a coupon, as Michael's always offers a 40 or 50 percent off coupon, or sometimes 60 percent off a single item coupon that you can find online, or in their ad. The store feels a bit cramped, like they're trying to stuff too much merchandise into too little space. Still, we've had good luck finding yarn or other crafting supplies here over the years. With the use of their coupons, it brings their prices down. The service we've received over the years has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's been not great at all; and other times it's been just fine.
