I called and left an urgent message for my therapist in order to see what my options were and how to get him help. My call was never returned and the suicidal threats continued and got worse. A month later, I had a shotgun in my face and he was telling me he was going to end my life. When I called to get in for an appointment, I explained what had happened and the receptionist's response was: "Hmpfh". Shortly after that I was dropped as a patient. That's about as simple as I can put it. I truly feel that this practice is in business for the money and not to genuinely help people who are struggling and need it.
