Super friendly service. Nice outdoor seating area. Loads of insects in the area; wear insect spray! I got an alcpapurria and my partner got an empanada. Both were excellent. Fresh. Crispy. I would come back again and again for these. We both also got Bistec sandwiches. The bread was fantastic. The steak wasn't charred enough for my liking. The sandwich had way too much sauce. They are located next to a flower shop, and could have been the fact that this weekend was prom weekend, but the limited parking was being occupied mainly by customers at the flower shop. Enough about the flower shop. The Coqui food truck does play outside Latin music and also plays "coqui" sounds. If you ever been to Puerto Rico you would know what I'm talking about. These are some little frogs that at night just sing along. For my wife and I, it was a very nice ambiance. I have to say, I don't remember ever hearing this in any other Latin location. Food, we just had something simple, some empanadillas de carne, chicharron de pollo con tostones. The empanadillas were filled with ground beef and were not greasy. The chicharron de pollo and tostones were also pretty good. Definitely a place worth stopping and checking out.

They have hot lunches and other sandwiches as well as empanadas which I've enjoyed. I had a Cuban sandwich from another place recently but it left alotttt to be desired so I'm glad i ordered a Sammy from Liborios. This Cuban sandwich could basically be any other place's DADDY!! I ordered a "small" Cuban but just one half of it had me so stuffed! Im already looking forward to the leftovers later! I also ordered a beef and cheese empanada which was yummy as well. This meal made for a delicious & satisfying lunch I'm glad i went with Liborios as my choice for lunch. They've absolutely earned a spot in my rotation of lunch picks!

Now let's get into the food because you already know that's what we're here for The chicken empanadas? Delicious. No complaints. The Cuban sandwich? It was good... but I'm gonna keep it real like I always do. The meat was flavorful, but it could've been more evenly distributed, and it didn't have that crispy bread texture I look for. Overall, it just didn't hit that top-tier level for me.
