My husband was NOT a tamales fan until I brought home one and made him eat it. Now he loves these tamales. They have pork tamales, chicken (red and green sauce) and some kind of sweet one the last I checked, but since I don't care for a sweet tamales I only stick to the pork and the chicken. The pork tamales are my favorite. Light, almost fluffy masa with melt-in-your-mouth pork with red sauce wrapped in corn husks. The vinegar based slaw and green sauce are self served. The slaw and the sauce both has jalapenos and has some kick. Try it out!
