I am not a fan. Good food but the service is terrible. Both times I went to eat there and didn't take our food to go that was other than pizza they made mistakes in our order. They also tried giving us someone else's order. When I asked for somethibg specific and detailed it out for them I still was given mayonnaise on my cheesesteak. When offered to make it again I had half the meat on my bread and it had zero flavor. The staff us young which I understand but their lack of urgency, communication and utter disregard is disappointing. They hustle around the kitchen and behind the coubter but always seem flustered, anxious and unsure of their next step. This is all when there isnt anyone else dining in. The pizza was really greasy (pack antacids) and they didn't serve beer or wine ('nough said). On the plus side, the toppings were plentiful and the pizzas were cooked quickly. Alright in a "I just want to take dinner back to my hotel room and veg out" sort of way. read more

We had the pleasure of wandering across the street from our hotel to Rico's. The exterior does not give it full credit for the lovely smells you receive when you enter. This is not high scale pizza but everything was made to order it was done in a very nice and pleasant environment and the staff were very helpful and truthfully very friendly. I'm a Veteran staying at the Bath VA. I've been around & this honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is superb. I love how it's just a little bit charred but still some chewiness. Good quality sauce & cheese too. The rest of the stuff on the menu are really tasty too like the wings, cheesesteak, and other appetizers. Not a place you would expect in a small town like this, but damn I'd go here if we're anywhere, seriously. read more

When I travel I always try non brand restaurants and taste local cuisine. We chose Ricos for a late night snack. We got 2 salads and 2 slices of Pizza. The Crew that night seemed not to care, messed up the salad orders and the pizza slices that was served was not very appealing but the mushrooms were fresh. The garbage containers were over filled the dining area had chairs all messed up and the temperature was 66° and still blowing cold air it was so cold that we rushed eating our food just so we can get out of there I know my next tripto the finger Lakes will not include Rico's read more

I've been traveling for about 3 years for my job. I eat out a looooot of places, and most of them start to blend together after a while. There are very few places that I specifically remember, and ricos is one of them. Insane variety. I come here for a work week once per year, and have at least 5 lunches or dinners here. The styles are so varied that you'll never get bored of pizza. I also prefer thin NY style MUCH more than Chicago deep dish style. 10/10 would recommend read more

Good NY style pizza. Stopped in here in the middle of a road trip and enjoyed everything. Staff was friendly, had a great playlist going throughout, and all the food was quite good. Had 1/2 bacon cheeseburger, 1/2 pepperoni pizza and a combo calzone. All was gone by the time we left. Hopefully can make it in again next time we come through. read more

Had an Amazing stomboli from here as well as their out of the world Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza . Worth fighting the traffic to get to from the Microtel . Staff is great and helpful. read more

Pretty interesting variety on offer. Had the Florentine Pizza of chicken, pesto. It was basic, pretty good, slightly oily. Served up quickly, which was nice. Cool decor for a local pizza joint. Quick on and off the highway. We'd stop again if en route. Probably wouldn't go far out of our way though. read more

We were driving through on the highway and randomly chose to stop in Bath for lunch, where we lucked out and found Rico's. The veggie pizza was delicious, and the store an attractive place for a quick lunch. If we lived in the area, Rico's would be a regular stop. read more

I have had delivered a pizza one evening and a stromboli and jalapeno cheddar bites on another occasion. There was nothing really exceptional about the jalapeno poppers. They were ok. The stromboli was above average but the greasy crust was soggy in places. The pizza was quite good without any major shortcomings but also not inspiring. The price is high for the delivered fare but you won't find better in Bath. read more

We were passing through on the way back from a hockey tournament. We ordered a steak and cheese sub, a chicken parm sub, a personal cheese pizza and the garlic knots. The food was delicious and the folks were nice. The bread on the sandwiches were the perfect amount of soft with a great crunch on the outside. Highly recommend this place. read more

They have a good selection of toppings I have gone a few times as I have been staying in Bath for a few weeks now..A bit pricy if you choose your own toppings. read more

of all the pizza places ive ever been in my life this is definitely my favorite. my only complaint at all is sometimes the amount of flour on the bottom of the crust but ill deal with it being so good. it is deffinetly a little pricey if you want toppings but lucky for me i like mine with just cheese. they always usually have very good specials. oh and 1 more complaint BUFFALO WINGS SHOULD NOT TASTE LIKE BBQ!! not a fan of there wings but theres only 1 place in town that actually gets it right so it seems to be an area issue. but pizza wise its awesome. read more

Pizza is reasonably good here but I've had PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICES on a few occasions because the staff here are mostly young persons not trained for good customer service. This last time was worst. I called ahead for an order of 3 slices and arrived at the shop after 20 minutes. A lady customer was in front of me and Bailey behind the counter took care of her. Bailey then walked into the kitchen. I stood at the counter for a whole 3-5 min....all the time there was a hefty woman making pizza there facing me. She glanced at me a couple of times. Eventually she asked what she could do for me. She called Bailey out and Bailey took my money for the order and returned to the kitchen. I stood there again for another 3-5 min without knowing what was going on. I asked the hefty woman where my order was. She called Bailey out who told me it wasn't ready. She then went to answer the phone. At last I asked why nobody cared to tell me what was happening to my order....3 slices didn't take long to warm up. The hefty woman said the Sicilian slice I order needed to be made. After standing there frustrated and not knowing what was going on for that long period of time, I had enough of it so I asked for the money back. I felt that I was being discriminated against. Rico isn't the only pizza place in the area and I only spend my money on businesses that appreciate it. read more
