Real cool guy running the place, while I was there he gave it to a parent straight about everything that would be needed and hooked them up on the spot You won't find cheaper selections anywhere on the web. Went to a birthday party here. Manager/owner Shaq is VERY nice. Super helpful, it's apparent that he enjoys what he does and enjoys interacting with people. My only complaint was that most of the staff are younger guys, and while I was a teenager at one point the staff certainly acts their age off the field around the guests. They would swear, make vulgar jokes... I was only bothered by this because there were children within earshot of their remarks. On the field, they were great referees, making sure everyone followed the rules and was safe. At times the birthday party felt a little unstructured, having the games be tied in with the public session (I was handed a soaked-in-sweat mask upon returning to the field and when I asked for a new one, they said that they had no more masks with padding) but overall a good experience. The field was a little dark but it all just adds to the excitement and forces you to change your play style. All I have to say is to bring your own mask next time you go airsofting (anywhere)! read more

If you've never been into airsoft, this is the place to go to. Shaq has been a great help and advises you to which guns you can start with. This location is located inside Tri-County mall along the booths. They have a variety of airsoft guns, equipment and all the necessities you need to play. Out of all the airsoft stores in Long Island, this is where I recommend you should go. They're newbie friendly, reasonable price (they do price check with Amazon), and even have an indoor field downstairs at the basement of the building. read more

Very newbie friendly and good prices for both the CQB arena and shop. Shaq was a great help on equipment selection and was willing to match prices. There is a small maze-like timed stationary target course if you don't feel like getting shot at. For CQB, it is a significantly smaller arena compared to Strikeforce Sports. However, I enjoy the closer combat. It was slightly tricky finding the arena at first since it is in the basement of a mall while the shop is on ground level. Give this place a try if you want to experiment with Airsoft on a budget! read more

I POSTED THIS REVIEW YESTERDAY AND IT WAS TAKEN DOWN BY THE OWNER!! GUESS THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THE TRUTH!!!!!! Went to a birthday party at RICOCHET TACTICAL in the basement of Tri County on Saturday. The guys running the party were great and the kids were having a good time until one of the workers, (I believe his name was Rich or something like that) who is rather large, went charging into the the dark room and barreled into my 7 year old son, sending him first flying into the door frame with a loud thud and then onto the floor with another thud. This jerk never bothered to stop and apologize or ask if my son was ok. He just continued into this dark room and started screaming like a psycho at the kids to get out and go into the party room, scaring the hell out of all these little kids. I picked my hysterically crying son up off of the floor and he was bruised on both arms and had a bump on the back of his head. This moron then comes out and has the nerve to tell me that he didn't knock into my son, but that my SON ran into HIM!! I was sitting a few feet away and watched the whole thing happen yet he continued to insist that he did nothing wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said HE was the manager. Then when I asked for the owner's number, he claimed HE was the owner. We asked to see his business license and/or cert of occupancy and they instead brought us the other "co-owner" Shaq and a woman named "Fran" (she told us we don't NEED to know her last name) who is, to my understanding, the building manager. They asked what they could do to "make it right". At that point there WAS no "making it right". My son has bruises and a bump on his head and the guy's half assed apology AFTER THE FACT, means nothing to me. They offered me coupons that would be of no use to me because I will NEVER step foot in that place again!!! I told them that for ruining this little boy's bday party, they should accept his mother's initial deposit as full payment and call it a day. They agreed to give her $100 off but, in my opinion, that wasn't enough. Maybe if this asshat would have had a little human decency for my son, I wouldn't be so angry but this place takes "play at your own risk" to a WHOLE new level!! read more

Not much a fan. we had groupon for Nerf wars. Having to pick up bullets from floor is beyond ridiculous . Especially since most were stepped on and didn't work in gun. We left after 1/2 HOUR . Probable good for younger children. read more

We have been going for a while. Never had a bad crowd. Everyone is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you if needed. The pro shop is amazing. Shaq is very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out my first set of gear, being a first time airsoft player. His prices always match Evike/Amazon so he's the man to go to. Forget everything I said before. The place is now really bright, the guns work all the time, and the game modes are very creative.
