I visited Full Auto Airsoft today: The experience was outstanding. Finally, a store that doesn't feel like a clubhouse run by asshole kids that treat potential customers like shit, gladly selling their over priced inventory to anyone who doesnt know better. (Totowa anyone?) At "Full Auto Airsoft I was helped by a rep. named John. He was friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. He took the time to teach me about the products I was curious about, and offered to order whatever they didnt have in stock. It's obvious John takes pride in what he does and cares about the stores public perception. I live 3x's farther from Emerson, than Totowa, and that fact doesn't bother me in the slightest... Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable of Airsoft. The staffs will answer any question or concern one has regards to airsoft, and they are more than happy to accommodate each individual based on his level and finance. Hardly would the staffs try to push people to buy more expensive/higher quality products in order to get into the sport. The shop offers a decent variety of quality airsoft guns and gears; and the pricing is fair. I took my gun to the shop to have them examine it, and the shopkeeper instantly found out the issue and corrected without charging me big bucks. They are a Godsend. read more

I went to this store not knowing anything about Airsoft products. The salesman there was extremely nice and generous with his time. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me and my kids showing us different products and explaining everything. They have a lot of very cool air soft guns both new and used. Just had my 2 month old Krytac CRB MK-II fixed by Full Auto Airsoft since it was just outside of warranty. After explaining the symptoms over the phone I decided to make the trip to the store with my gearbox and motor in hand. I learned a lot while sitting there, some issues from the Krytac factory and some starter upgrade options. The main issue was that the motor pinion gear ground down from an improper motor height from the factory. Upon opening the gearbox, it was incorrectly shimmed and Krytac and had an incorrectly mounted piston head with the washer mounted on the inside of the piston instead of between the backside of the piston head and the front of the piston. Aside from properly cleaning, greasing and shimming the gearbox we decided to add an SHS 14 metal tooth piston with short stroked gearset and piston with corrected AOE. Overall, I like to support local businesses like FAA as they go out of their way to educate and support enthusiasts. Their work was meticulous and my gearbox never sounded so smooth and crisp. While I barely scratched the surface of modifications, they did show me some absolutely crazy builds so whether you're looking for repairs, maintenance or some serious upgrades, ship your gear out to FAA. read more

Every one has there own opinion but when I was there I came in for some o-rings one day and talked to a staff member and ask for the rings they asked me to what gun and to what valve and they asked me all this info and they told me to get the magazine the o ring needs, so I went back and gave them a magazine with one in it and they told me to get the one with out the ring so again I had to drive back to get one without one and came back once again (this was my fault) and when they looked at it and they jumped to conclusion and by saying "umm not sure we have them" I told them to check and when he came back he gave me the same answer, until I had spotted them on a self behind the counter I told him "what about those" and his reply was "oh right I'll check these" and when he went though the box he pulled out one bag and said "these won't fit wanna buy them anyway" of course I said no, there just o rings how can you have a low supply of o rings! and later on I bought 2 cans of green gas which they have larger quantities of then anything else. Alright store but most of the time they don't have anything in stock such as magazines and they have low quantities of guns in stock. read more
