My 2023 VW Atlas is quite low to the ground and that's probably why I didn't notice it sooner. After putting it on a lift, I realized that only 3 fasteners were left of the 14 originally. I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles. If Take 5 sees this and wants to pay for the repairs, I'll gladly remove this review.

Said rims are custom and they can't touch ok but my rims are ford factory rims that came on the car that has the ford emblem in the center for all to see???? And how come no body text/called me or over the intercom in Walmart, you had my number but you just did nothing??? Then I called Parker Tire & Alignment. And Colin answered. Brother... this man didn't sound annoyed. He didn't sound rushed. He sounded like a first responder arriving at the scene of an automotive natural disaster. I'm convinced alarms started going off in the shop the second I explained the situation. "Woman stranded." "Friday tire emergency." "Deploy Colin immediately." With less than an hour before closing on a Friday, he treated us like we were lifelong customers instead of an inconvenience standing between him and the weekend. That one interaction locked us in permanently. Since then, Parker Tire & Alignment has worked on EVERYTHING we own. These aren't normal mechanics. These are automotive cryptid-level entities operating on knowledge mankind was never supposed to possess. If something needs fixing, they'll tell you. If it DOESN'T need fixing, they'll tell you that too. No pressure. No nonsense. At this point, my trust in Colin is irrational.
